A group of 8 of us went for a birthday weekend. We all loved the comfy beds and convenience of the location. It was very clean which is important to an ocd person like myself.

Great downtown location with easy walking to lots of restaurants l. Very nice and friendly front desk staff that upgraded us when they heard it was our 20th anniversary. Very friendly to dogs. And it was lively downstairs in the evenings with live music. It was my second stay and I would definitely come back.

It is a great hotel. The breakfast is over priced for what was served. And there is an automatic “employee benefit” fee and an automatic 20% gratuity added for four of us eating.

My wife and I have stayed at the Andaz at least a dozen times over the last eight years. This is our go-to hotel in Napa. It is centrally located in downtown, with so many nice shops and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Some of the same staff have been there for eight years, and the culture is very positive and energetic. This last trip was no exception. Thank you, Andaz, for making our trip amazing as always.
