Lovely renovated hotel and great rooms.

The hotel was excellent. Very good and accommodating staff and was readily available when needed. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. We booked 2 rooms and the one room was very spacious. We booked 2 rooms with one room with a patio and firepit. That was more expensive but it was smaller than the other room we had. Also, the firepit and room was smaller than the other rooms I saw with the same firepits. It was i guess the smallest and by the corner. Also, the pet fee (have a small dog) was expensive ($75) but no pet supplies at all given. Other hotels would usually provide water bowls, bed (in Banff) and even toys and poop bags. Lastly, breakfast was great, but the breakfast credit was only $40 per room and the items on the menu were way more expensive so if 2pax, it will really be over the budgeted credit.

The rooms were recently updated, the bathrooms had jets in the shower, and an automatic toilet. Very clean.

This pricey hotel is definitely not worth the stay. After paying nearly $400 a night, we arrived only to be told that the rooms we booked were on the noisy side facing the street and that we would have to pay an extra $30/night to upgrade. On top of that, they force you to pay $30/night for valet parking, even though the hotel is outside of downtown where parking isn't an issue. Later, I used the gym, but there was no staff around to assist with the lockers, so I left my sandals on a shelf in the corner. I accidentally forgot them, and when I returned, they were gone. Management took zero responsibility for the missing item. Overall, this place offers poor service and is completely overpriced for what you get. To top it off, the breakfast quality is far below average. No value for the price, low security

The properly was enjoyable. From the fire pits, to the pool, to the spa: everything was new and elegant. Enjoy!

The hôtel, the staff, the facilities, everything is perfect

We asked for a 1pm check in but they let the guest stay in the room to 2pm so we didn't get our check in as we requested. Valet couldn't get the text working we would request our car and they would be like oh let us check. After sever-complaints they finally let us use the bathroom once house keeper cleaned it to get ready for an event. Also they played the music to late every night over outside speaker while we were trying to sleep

The hotel is it’s beautiful. The staff was friendly and the location what’s perfect.

The reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was because there were a few things that were disappointing. We went to get ice, and each of the machines (3 of them) were out as well. They had signs on them to call the front desk for ice, and my husband did. We waited at least half an hour but no one showed up. The other bummer was that the property for some reason is valet only. We’d understand if the property only had a garage or parking was tight but if you drive around the property, you could see that the parking was abundant. It’s pricy at $35/night but I guess that’s Napa pricing for you. We loved our renovated room with high end fixtures and modern furniture. The bath was especially clutch with kids. We’d stay here again!

We went for one night and everything was wonderful, I have to say that Oscar made our checkin and first night very pleasant. He had a smile the entire night and was very professional. The only problem we had was that the pool opens at 8am and when we got to the pool, there was no towels. They took quite long to get the guests some pool towels. I would definitely come back

Everything here was amazing! My gf loved the Japanese toilet and the tub.

Very nice room, has a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the steakhouse on site BOA is a must to visit.
