The bedding also did not appear fresh or as though the sheets had been changed from the previous guest. We were uncomfortable enough that we removed the hotel pillows and put our own bedsheet over the bed before sleeping. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately this room fell well below that standard. We would not stay here again based on our experience.

Clean, quiet-suitable for a quick overnight stay

Room was dirty, bathroom smells like piss, toilet didn’t flush. Elevator was broken. Shower is short so for tall people it sucks, the bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt daily from it. The mold smell was bad from the ac. The coffee maker worked fine. Tv remote was hard to use because you have to point it at the box which is behind the tv almost on the floor. So changing channels was a task. It took maintenance twenty minutes to so called fix the toilet which didn’t really flush.

The smell of cannabis was absolutely unbearable. You could smell it everywhere and all the time. It was so bad it kept me up at night. I even stuffed a towel under the door and that didn’t help either. They really should do something about that.

The smell was unbearable as was the shower above our room flooded our bathroom and it had been doing this frequently with no repairs

It was fine. Reasonable price.

About ten minutes later, I got a phone call from the front desk, and they asked if I was still in the room. I explained to them I was, and somebody had tried to get in. They told me that's because I had turned in my key, they thought I was already gone. When I told them that was not the case that I still had my key, they then said, well, the worker saw my door was open...which is not true. So they changed their story. And when I checked out and had my key, they said he saw the door was open...a lie. No apology from them...very disturbing.

Smell and bugs

Not great

Not the property, but when I arrived, the reservation was not sent to the hotel by Expedia.

Our stay would've been more enjoyable with a microwave and/or fridge in the room, or free breakfast.

Full of we** smell all over the property. Please stay away.

Room very clean

Was given the wrong room vs what was booked. Had to have to room keys reprogrammed multiple times to get in the room. Semi trucks, trash, and people just hanging out in the parking lot. Got bed bug bites too. Other than that it was ok.

Clean room, great staff.

Its dirty and smells. No microwave no refrigerators. Its low low class. It felt like a shelter and smelled like 1.

Clean, quiet, peaceful & excellent staff. Very helpful with any needs or requests.
