Quiet, excellent location, well managed, quite clean, not expensive.

I love the location, the calm of its settings in a courtyard, the pool, the Arts in the lobby and rooms, the rooftop terrace, and the friendly staff. Off the Bellini Plaza! Nothing

Great to be in a gated location off the noisy street! Nice pool and outdoor seating and great staff and service. Breakfast was amazing. Our room had no view and the AC didn’t work well.

The reception staff was not friendly and pictures on website were misleading needs refurbishment. No TV in front of bed in room.

It was loud. There were bars on the street behind my room and they were up partying and making insane noise all night on Friday and Saturday. The room was not soundproof and even when the partying stopped I could still hear everything.

If you've been to Naples, you know that it can be a bit hectic and noisy. Fortunately, this hotel is set off of the street in a quiet courtyard. The property is unusual in that it has both a patio and a pool (we didn't use it because it was a bit too cool). Breakfast has many selections including scrambled eggs and bacon for American travelers. It's within easy walking distance of the city center and the Archeological museum with plenty of options of food nearby. Wifi was strong and included in the room price. For the price the room was a bit small and it could have used one additional chair but we weren't there to spend time in the room so that's easily overlooked.

Breakfast was good. Location was very busy. In the two nights I spent there, I didn't get a good night's sleep in either. The first night we were woken up to an extremely loud party by the people next door, who had no regard for anyone around them nor for the fact that it was 2 am and people were trying to sleep. They even kept their door wide open to make sure everyone could hear. We complained to the staff member in the lobby, who did nothing. The next day we complained again and were moved to a different room upstairs that was guaranteed to be "quieter". Guess what. That night, 1 am, woken up AGAIN - this time by DIFFERENT people who decided to park themselves right near our door and have a conversation at the loudest volume possible as if it were 1 pm in the middle of a crowded street. Unbelievable. The guests here have no respect for others, and the clientele skew towards younger/louder crowd. Avoid at all costs.

Good location, great breakfast & wonderful staff!

The hotel is run down and it looks very different from the photos. However, it was clean and quiet.
-
It was very close to the place I was interested for business reason. It is a very good location also for tourism, street food, restaurant. I missed some power outlet close to the bed.

Attractive Very Pleasant staff Good breakfast No help available for suitcases as we were leaving and we were on the top floor. We are a senior couple Shower difficult ( impossible) to figure out. Not possible to phone the front desk for directions. WiFi inconsistent

Property is located well Our room was run down and dreary. Hot was didn’t work morning we checked out. We were in room 107 which is a standard room. We paid 400 usd for this room for one night. Not worth the extra price. Very disappointing for this price.

Off street, very private boutique hotel with pool. Staff, breakfast and well-appointed facilities. Exceptionally well located in the heart of historic district. Room fairly small but comfortable. Bathtub very difficult to get in and out of.

We had a junior suite and would have preferred the bedroom to have been on the same floor as the lounge.
-
This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of old town with a special ambiance, helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Gorgeous oasis in a vibrant city. The pool is a fabulous retreat in the summer heat, very quiet amongst a noisy neighborhood and a yummy breakfast. Nothing!
