Stairs. Even with elevator, carrying heavy luggage over stairs for last part. But worth it!

The location was very convenient both for walking and taking public transportation. The neighborhood is lively and charming. The view from the apartment is fantastic--you can even see Vesuvius. The bed is uncomfortable. All of the furniture is cheap and low-taste. The sink and shower both have slow drains, which is not ideal when the shower is already weak and tepid.

Bellini view is amazing. Located on the ancient square - Piazza Bellini, you have bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. The view of Mt Versuvius from the huge window that adorns your room. A 5 minute walk to the metro station and a short walk to the main streets full of the energy of Napoli. Stop scrolling, you've found a place to stay. Note: you're on the 4th floor. There are some stairs. The lift is fine but bear in mind that you may need to climb the stairs. Naples can be quite noisy but the windows at Bellini view have really good soundproofing when closed properly. All in all this place is great. Nothing

The location was amazing. And the room is very spacious and with a great view of the Bellini square The elevator doesn’t work but they are willing to help you with your luggage if you ask.

The location was amazing!!! Beautiful apartment right above Piazza Bellini with a great view of Mt Vesuvius The lift was broken when we visited, so it was a long way to the 4th floor. But this did not ruin our stay!

The room was clean, the view and the location was very good. The requires stuffs were in the room. The personel were responsive. The elevator was broken and we had to climb more than 120 high stairs everytime. The place was on highest floor. This was incredibly difficult. They told me before hand that elevator is broken but did not tell me it is located that high!!! The building was old and each floor height was even more than normal. The shower was broken in our room and I asked to change my room and they accepted fortunately. The water pressure was very low.

It was good to be back. One of the best location in Naples. Amazing views, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Close to few top places to eat. Metro station in a walking distance. Bathrooms asks for some little renovation, especially shower part but it is not a huge inconvenience during the stay.

The service is nonexistent, the rooms are dismal, and the maintenance is inadequate. We heard everything from the next room, even the slightest whisper. The cheapest mattress, sheets, and towels I've ever seen. There are no blankets or comforters.
