Location was perfect for what I needed. Short walk to Dante Metro, easy ride to Piazza Garibaldi the main transport hub & not a long walk to the Archaeological Museum. Breakfast & all the cafe staff were amazing. They were very accommodating when I asked for a snack to take to my room grazie :)

The location and the staff Bed is horrible, pillows hard and flat , the bathroom shower have mold all around the shower walls and floors ? , if they change this the experience can be better,

The property was gorgeous— modern and fresh— in a rather dirtier part of town— so we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean, everyone was nice and the complimentary breakfast was like a catered meal! N/a

The staff are quick to respond and very pleasant. The hotel itself is beautifully landscaped and all buildings are decorated tastefully. The pool is perfect. The breakfast and menu for lunch and dinner are excellent. Nothing

It is a wonderful hotel. Just entering the courtyard felt so grand. It is well situated, with nice large rooms and a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were just perfectly complete with many sweet, savory, and vegan options. Martina, one of the breakfast staff servers, made it wonderful for us. Just a delightful person to speak to for advice, and great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the surrounding areas in Naples. Nothing

Location, clean rooms, good breakfast

First of all, we really love this location and getting around from the area. Breakfast is quite lovely, and the courtyard is a pleasure to sit in. And our two-floor room was lovely, and so comfortable. I can't think of a single thing.

Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was better than I expected and you can request espresso or cappuccino. The staff were amazing, so thoughtful and friendly! I dropped a serving spoon in the breakfast area and it was picked up before before i attempted to do so.

Excellent location. The location on Piazza Bellini is excellent. The hotel is basic — fine for what it is. But I left with a sour taste. The courtyard is prominently featured throughout the hotel's website and marketing, and it factored into my decision to book. On my second afternoon, between lunch and dinner, I stepped outside to enjoy two slices of pizza there — alone, quietly, for maybe five minutes. A staff member came out and told me I couldn't sit there. When I explained I was a hotel guest with a view of my own room, he went and retrieved the manager. I got up and left without incident. The reason given was that the courtyard serves food and outside food isn't permitted. I understand the policy. What I don't understand is the execution. There are no signs anywhere indicating this is a café, that outside food is prohibited, or frankly that it's anything other than an open courtyard — anyone can walk in off the street. The only listed hours anywhere are the breakfast hours, none other. Worth noting: the hotel entrance is located inside this courtyard. To enter or exit the hotel, you pass directly through the café space. A small group was sitting there playing cards — no food, no drinks, no issue. I had two slices of pizza and management was summoned. The courtyard is the hotel's own Buvette Bar, not a third-party business sharing a space — and yet a paying guest with takeout was made to feel like a trespasser — treated as the problem rather than a person to accommodate. A friendly heads-up would have been enough. Instead it felt unreasonable, and frankly, rude.

They were able to hold our bags for us due to early arrival before designated check in The air conditioning kept going out and we were not able to to utilize the balcony without electric shutting down.
-
Great location within walking distance to most historic sites. Excellent staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was big too. Lots of choices at breakfast. The sit out area was so lovely specially at breakfast and in the evenings. No complaints. My suggestion would be that additional seating be added in the room. Milk for coffee is definitely needed. There wasn’t any with the coffee.
-
Lovely room. Location is a double edged sword due to extremely loud noise all night long.

Newly upgraded. Comfortable place to relax on each floor. Library to borrow books. Breakfast area that was welcoming. Good Breakfast. Beautiful area to relax and have a drink. Felt safe. Nice location.

Although there is a hotel elevator, my room had stairs to get to, I had to carry my heavy luggage. When you get your room at the check in, ask if there will be stairs to get to it.
