The room cleanliness was disappointing. It’s an older hotel, so I didn't expect perfection, but finding hair in the sheets and layers of dust in the bathroom just didn't feel hygienic.

Good buffet breakfast. Comfotatble bed Checkout was too early. Check in/out staff was unhappy, indifferent. almost rude. Overpriced for what was received. Whole place was stark white and hot pink. Entrance was old and run down. MOST OF ALL THE PLUMBING WAS BAD. SHOWER GAVE EITHER VERY HOT WATER OR COLD, NOTHING IN BETWEEN. AND ALL THE TIME COLD WATER WAS DRIPPING FROM THE SILLY RAINSHOWER HEAD.

There was a strong smells of sewage in the room late night that woke up us both.

We checked in late at 01:00 after our flight was cancelled. The hotel was really comfortable, clean and modern, nicely decorated. The staff was super welcoming and friendly and allowed us a late check out, luggage storage and to stay in the lobby until the time of our new flight.

The location allowed us to walk to all the places we wanted to go in our limited time in Napoli. The scale in the room did not work. The pillows were not firm enough.

Cute boutique hotel. Room size was ok, good functioning AC, and nice breakfast.

Pink is the accent color everywhere, which is a bit of a shock at first, but we grew accustomed to it. As with many smaller hotels, the entrance is a non-descript door with a buzzer, and the reception is up a flight of stairs.
