B&B Federico II

The building and elevator are quite antiquated. The elevator is extremely small and moves very slowly. Despite providing our arrival time beforehand, the individual handling our check-in was unaware of our assigned room. Additionally, I reached out to Rossana, the B&B supervisor, regarding the included breakfast, but unfortunately, my message went unanswered. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the breakfast on the premises.

Rosana and Sujith were wonderful hosts who helped us with the language and opportunities in the historic district. This property is centrally located. Nice balcony set up. And a convenient pizza restaurant downstairs.

It was nothing like the photos.

Towels were very rough…shower is exceptionally small.

The owner and employee are exceptional and take a personal concern in your comfort to meet every expectation. The breakfast, itself, was well worth the stay. The overseer of the meals and maintenance did everything in his power to EXCEED EXPECTATIONS! Sujith is a person you would like to have take care of your stay at each property that you may visit. We were a bit taken back, by the location, upon our arrival but found that it was uniquely hidden and in the best part of Naples, making us feel comfortable and safe!!!! And you will tell by the attached photo that we made many new friends. They too shared their happiness with the safety of the facility. There was a small hiccup, not of the residence doing. Our reservation read: "Other taxes and fees may be charged,,,,,,,etc" and there is a local/city tax. It was a surprise to us but we need to ask Booking the next time we rent, as we already paid the VAT tax to Booking.

Our room was conveniently located near popular areas to visit and near metro stations for easy navigation of the city. Our hosts were very attentive and the room was very clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast was served every day with everything you could want.

They arranged a taxi for us to the ferry - very helpful.

The location is good. Close to train station and the center. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very small, the single bed was squeaking. The bathroom had a bad smell. The cleaning, the sheets etc were poor. No change of towels or sheets unless you ask for. Breakfast was also poor.

The room was cosy and clean. It felt very secure and was close to plenty of good restaurants. Thank you to Rosanna and Sujith for a very comfortable stay.

Lovely stay, right in the heart of naples. Breakfast was served to my son and I each day, which consisted of a locally made toastie, salami and breads, banana type bread. Sujith made great cappuccinos each morning. The beds were super comfortable. The balcony view lovely and matched the pictures. Easy access to Metro stations for travelling around. Would gladly come again and would recommend.

Staff is mice and helpful. The room is clean,quiet and comfortable.location is good and convenient

We had great time in Naples, spending 3 nights at Rosana’s house the owner, everything very clean and comfortable, perfect location, quiet, close to everything, specially close to the meeting points for tours. Breakfast was good, Sujith is one of the staff member who was great lovely and helpful. Highly Recommended

What a nice breakfast and very attentive staff! Sujith helped us when our ferry got cancelled so we new where to go for Circumvesuviana train station. Shower was a bit unclean, but with dark spots at the bottom of the wall.

Great location, amazing staff...very comfortable

Great location near main street and still really peaceful. Our balcony was next to University main building. Very nice personnel made the experience just perfect. Especially Sujith made us feel we are in a Grand Hotel, not in a B&B.
