The biggest downside of the apartment ( And the main reason i would rate it this way) is just how loud it is outside during night time... For me personally, it was almost impossible not to wake up several times in a row. Sirens, alarms, motorcycles, cars, honking and even robberies were reported.

Everything great from start to end. Room is like on pictures, nice, cosy and very clean, including bathroom - felt like at home. Check-in went smooth and like it was arranged via whatsapp, host was super nice and helpful all the time. The location is superb for exploring Napoli centre by foot (Spanish quarter, Spiaccanapoli, De Michelis,...), if you want, there's a public transport nearby. Plus is local caffe bar right down the room and little balcony is great for first glimpse of the city vibe. Great choice and top value for money. .

Very difficult to find the place and checking in is quite confusing.

Location was great, host was great. We had issue with shower but it was fixed day after. In general seems that accommodation in Naples is not on very high level. The biggest issue is the fact that sound isolation between rooms is almost does not exist. Cupboard was placed in place where room door was used to be and you feel like someone is in the room.

Bed was nice and comfortable, and there was lots of space for us to put our luggage/suitcases. The coffee in the morning was delicious, and I could tell that the host really tried their best to be accommodating, which we really appreciated. The host let us stay much past the check-out time for free of charge!! (which was really amazing because I hadn't been feeling well day.) Not much to say here! I found some of the communication was confusing, and I wish there had been more instructions about how to set up the heat and such. We had a few problems with the wifi, and hot water, but they ended up getting fixed within an hour, which was great! So yeah, other than that, the stay was lovely ?

That it the room was like a hotel room with private bathroom and shower and close to restaurants and walking distance from the train station. That it’s not like a hotel where you can check in at a lobby, someone had to meet us to let us in.

It was clean and centrally located with a variety of restaurants in its surroundings. I wasn’t aware of the stairs. If you have heavy luggages, be prepared to climb two sets of stairs. Luckily for me, the owner was there to help me up the stairs with my luggage. He was very hospitable.

Antonio was amazing! We arrived outside of hours due to flight delays and he met us at 1:30am. Great location.
