The Staff was wonderful. If we asked for something it was handled immediately. Also very caring people. The air conditioning in the room could have been better.
-
The breakfast was a good value for the price. It was plentiful and food was good. The people at front desk were not very friendly. There was no little shop to purchase incidentals or to get change
-
Beautiful location overlooking the Naples Bay The front desk staff was a bit rude not welcoming.

The view was breathtaking. The room was nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was tasty. I appreciated the the robes and slippers in the room. The restaurant didn't open until 7:30. I understand that's the custom in Italy but for an international hotel, an earlier opening would be greatly appreciated. The location caused the price of taxis to be high. Perhaps the hotel could provide a shuttle to the downtown area a couple of times a day. A ramp into the lobby area would make it easier to deal with luggage.

Our room was quiet, a bonus in a city with lots of traffic noise. Breakfast with a breathtaking view (‚Mare e Monti‘) was excellent with a large and fresh buffet.
-
Beautiful view. The front staff - excellent. Breakfast beautiful rooftop. A/C was not on due to Italian law. Very warm April days. But the team made up for it very nicely.

Great location, clean rooms and wonderful customer service You can not control the heater in the room, and we had to open the balcony door during the night to be able to sleep
-
The staff is incredibly helpful and kind! The pool is more of a jacuzzi than a pool but it is still gorgeous and worth the money

Great staff...top to bottom
-
Close to the action but elevated enough to get views and a quiet night

Great location, attentive staff, good restaurant, excellent breakfast.

It has a great view from the breakfast and dining area. When interacting with staff, they were nice, although they didn't follow instructions. The lunch options there were pretty good, so they have some good food. No airconditioning and these sweaty rooms really need it. Opening the window all night leads to car noises and people talking loudly or doing renovation work, and mosquitoes making it in, guaranteeing a lack of sleep. Regarding noise, I was in a room under the reception, so heard nothing but heels clacking on the floor and trolleys rolling on the floors at all times of the day. Bathroom was so cramped I couldn't dry myself off without banging my elbows into everything. We arranged meeting rooms with catering. We got one pot of tea and coffee and 4 bottles of water for a group of 15 people. They didn't bother refilling until we start complaining. Then they're apologetic and nice, but next day same story. They sent the bill to the wrong person in the group - they ignored specific instructions for who to bill, even when we had a native Italian to explain it to them. At the rooftop terrace you won't get served, you have to chase them down to get anything.

Breakfast had really good options and the best cappuccino in Naples! It’s really far from everything but it’s nice if you want quiet! It’s located on a steep hill so riding a bike or scooter back might be difficult! Taxis charge about 35euros each way to pick you up but that’s Italy! No air conditioner is also Italy but they have electric shades on the windows so you can sleep with your window open at night! The stairs are faster than the elevator..

The pool was not as expected from the photos. We excepted.more than just a plunge pool. It was far from shops/restaurants so we needed to get taxis everywhere (funicular wasn't working) and a lot of taxi drivers don't stick to meters and over charge. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children and they were far away from each other. They allowed us to change rooms so our kids could be near each other but that came at an extra cost.
