Great location in near Mergellina Station and on the Lungomare. Flexible, friendly and helpful staff who accommodated an earlier check in so I could drop my suit for a wedding. Convenient location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a single room so there was only a stool and no chair for the desk but acceptable being a single room. It could have been a bit cleaner but they brought forward my check in so again perfectly understandable.

Great location in a chill area, buss station in front of the building - usefull if you want to visit the city center, Giulia was a really nice and helpfull host. For sure i will come back.

The bidet Everything else. Never saw/ met the staff( they were not present at the facility), the room had mold in certain places ( shower, sink area, drawers), bed cover was an old duvet cover with no filling and not even zipped, there was an unfolded towel in one of the drawers, considerable dust on both bedside lamps, door handle needed repair ( short of falling off), the room had a potent smell as though they were trying to cover a sour smell up. I would never stay here again

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great to have air-conditioning in the Naples heat. Very easy check in system and the staff were easy to contact when required. Simple breakfast everyday which was nice.

Easy access, owner was available all the time, staff was supportive, the place was clean. It was too small. Just for sleeping is completely ok but there is no space for spending time there:)
