Not much It's as if this is a side gig where someone took a floor in an underused building and converted it to rooming. Not much effort. It was the middle of a heat wave when we were there and the AC was not suffient to keep the room cool. If you need breakfast find a better option.

The lack of cleaning service/even making up the bed during my stay

The morning breakfast server, Generoso, has kind and pleasant and helpful. It was a little tight in the breakfast nook so he'd make me a little tray of cappachino and croissant to take to my room. So thoughtful. There was a convenient pharmacy and taxi stand right next door with lots of cafes nearby. It was easy to catch public transit. We booked out of the downtown area by the harbour thinking it would be quieter. We were sadly mistaken as we had multiple nights of dozens, if not hundreds of motorcycles racing up and down the streets across from the hotel, for several hours into the wee hours of the morning. Nothing the hotel could have done but it was very disruptive.

The check in process was unfriendly and felt like we were imposing on the young gentleman by being there. The beds are overly hard. The noise level is to be expected on a large city but did make it hard to sleep.

It would be nice to have soap in the shower, not next to the shower. However, this is minor and other than that everything else was great

The B&B is in a great location - close to the metro, bus stops, restaurants and shops. Also, the owner was very friendly which added bonus points to the trip

The location was perfect. The view of the water was beautiful from my room. Get a room with a balcony and view of the water or you may be disappointed. The staff were very nice. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was adequate for me. As a senior woman traveling alone I was not aware that the manager did not speak any English. If something serious happened there is no way to communicate quickly by phone or in person. The decor may not be to everyone's liking if you are looking for charming rather than utilitarian. If English was spoken I would stay there again.

Staff was amazing

the room was clean and the staff helpful. lots of restaurants around. relatively fare price. more of a youth hostel than a Resort. tiny room, hardly can stand on the side of the bed. with a window to a sidestreet. minimal bedding. the shower had a plastic door with basic utilities. 15 min walk from the train station. breakfast included coffee and toast.

Very nice authentic place. The hotel is located in residential building and it creates additional experience about every day life of the city. The owner is very-very nice and friendly. Amazing view from the balcony to the bay and volcano Vesuvio. A bit far from the city centre if you would like go for a walk every day. But it is compensated by the nearest metro station. Literally the metro is the next building down on the street.

The host Gennaro was very kind and helpful. Good location, near metro, only 4 stations away from piazza Garibaldi. It was to hot. Next time I will plan my trip during May or even April.

Located right on the water, convenient to the historic center (thanks to the nearby metro). Clean.?Fine breakfast. Very welcoming host. Family run business. A real Neapolitan experience. Lots of great places to sit and people watch. Nothing.

Breakfast - basic but adequate Location - excellent Secure Car Parking within 200mtrs at a cost of €25.00 for 24hrs which is ok Staff (Jennario) most helpful Property is located within a grand old building / the entrance hall is in need of decoration (a shared hall & most likely not controlled by the resort ) - creates a poor “first impression “
