We arrived at the hotel very early after disembarking a cruise ship - the reception very kindly switched our appointed room so we could have an early check in - the purpose of our 2 night stay was just to chill out after a hectic 10 day tour of Italy - however we were offered a free shuttle to the metro each day - unfortunately the pool was shut during our two day stay as it was end of season but this didn’t ruin our stay - we used the garden facilities and the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner - food was amazing and staff were very very good Not applicable

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were very pleasant and tidy. They should have more "continental breakfast" options with more cheese, ham, bread or simple croissants options. Too many cake options to choose from. Breakfast and dinner service was excellent though. Just a detail. When the room service was done daily I could observe that the water used to clean the rooms wasn't being changed from room to room. It didn't feel fresh and perfume scented after being cleaned.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was way far from a 4 star hotel. The rooms was not clean: there was a spider net at the corners, bathroom full of calc, stain on the curtains, even the Ashtray on the Balcony was not emptied as we got the room. The breakfast was very minimal with low quality. No bread, no fruit, cereals with no milk! there was multiple sorts of cake, repeating everyday, some of them were already gone bad. The Location was also far from the center. There was a shuttle to the metro station, but only twice a day at 9 and 10. The return was only once in the evening.

We used our stay as an airport hotel stopover after a long drive back up to Naples and a morning flight next day. Hotel was perfect for us, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, hotel was immaculately clean, room was tremendous for a family of four, lovely views and great facilities. Food was very good, breakfast is normal Italian/continental choices and no complaints with that: pastries, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, coffee, water and juices. Being out of the city it was quiet and had a great sleep. Under 20 minutes drive or taxi journey to Naples airport. It served us perfectly for what we wanted, no problems at all.

Rooms are comfortable, staff is very nice, food is good and the shuttle to train station help a bit. The breakfast really sucks. The shuttle to train station is not scheduled effectively. The property is quite far from the city center and the beach. One has to use always the train and relay on the shuttle when it exists.

Very comfortable big rooms with air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Poor breakfast (no hot meal, some dishes are out of date and with mildew). Pool was not available half of the time (in addition to that pool is closed at 18:00). Only 2-3 members of staff spoke English, that was strange for 4-star hotel.

Nice that there was a pool. The staff was really polite. Breakfast was small and for the man serving it, everything was too much. He could not wait to go home apparently as he started to clean up the breakfast before the time was over.

Great property. My dolce Gabbana sunglasses got missing from the room. I spoke to the owner as well as the staff. The owner got defensive when he heard that my sunglasses got missing and told me to go away. I made sure the staff followed me to the room to check, no sunglasses was found. When i asked the housekeeper to meet me up and discuss the incident, she refused. Never been through such a bad customer service and they refused to do anything about it. Left me upset, crying in the reception

A family business, lovely super clean place with an amazing view of the city below. And the pool… ah, the pool! We ate dinner there almost every night as well, excellent cooking. The breakfast was also tasty and versatile. It was extremely hot outside as can be expected in August, so the working conditioner in the room was a lifesaver. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, google translate solved all the problems that arose for us non-Italian speakers. The property is ca 30 min walk away from the metro station, they do offer free shuttle service ona fixed schedule, but in fact the walk doesn’t kill a healthy person. Overall, a very nice experience.
