We loved the location, super central and only a few minutes away from the Spaccanapoli street. The hosts are the kindest people you can meet in the city, literally so sweet! Our room was soo pretty, comfy and we got obsessed with the bath tub. The breakfast is served in a shared dining room where other guests can come and sit at the same table as you. A moment to connect with other travelers. Being in the middle of the historical center, the building is surrounded by churches that start with the morning bells very early.

location, good deal for the price breakfast way too simple

Breakfast was sufficient to start the day, plenty of places to eat around the corner. The location is walking distance to great cafes's, restaurants and bars. A lot of shops too, both food and goodies. The hosts are great, they did their best to make us comfortable, and happy. They offered a lot of help and advice, we couldn't ask for better hosts! The room and bathroom was super clean, and looked after. We had a great time, and would stay here again!

Breakfast was ok When we booked, the host assured us that we would have a private bathroom. I even contacted them in advance to confirm this. However, upon arrival, we were shown a bathroom located in the corridor. The host insisted that it was a private bathroom and that no one else would use it except us. So please be aware that the bathroom is in the corridor.

I've loved the location, it's close to the center, you can walk anywhere by foot. I also loved the style and architecture, and the tube in the center of the room was the piece de resistance! I highly recommend this property if you visit Naples. Plus the owners are very kind and helpful if you need anything or if you want to learn more about the history of the city. Great people! Nothing.

Great location. Great hosts. Apartment with shared shower and toilet. But we didn't see anyone for four days, although there were people in the apartment. No kitchen. There is an elevator in the building, paid, but the owner gives you the key. I can't say that this is a comfortable apartment, but it is quite reasonable for the price. Very clean. Thanks to the owner Valerio and his wife. Bad internet

The hosts were very helpful. If there was a problem they tried hard to resolve it. They were helpful with recommendations and lively conversation. This building is about 600 hrs old. There are some quirks but to us it was with keeping of the neighborhood. Very eclectic. If we ever make it back to Naples we'd stay there again. Having a bath in our room was nice. It's a very old building and full of surprises. It's not the Hilton but neither are the prices.

We really loved the energy of the place. Place could be upkept a bit better, some renovations here and there.

It was such a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, and the room has a truly unique charm!

Friendly owners No hot water for entire stay. We reported it first day. Shower took 5 mins to heat then abruptly stopped and freezing cold water. We couldn't wash for 3 days. Sink in bathroom leaked. He just put a bucket underneath. The bedside lght was broken one side and socket v dangerous other side. They said they couldn't repair it. The entrance was incredibly difficult to find through an unmarked metal door. It was an appartment on 3rd floor with no sign. It was not a 3 star hotel it was altogether extremely poor. The owners lived in the flat and were friendly.

Very cool to spend time in a 600 year old building. Genny & Valerio most helpful. Nice people. Pretty hard to work out how to get in, only a very small sign allowed for heritage reasons I understand. Maybe more details in the instructions would be helpful, especially if you arrive after dark

Genni was very helpful and accommodating. She made me feel welcome and like we were family. Natalia is a very good worker. The place was spotless, every day. Location was very hard to find with gps. The building is not very noticeable. There is only a very small placard on the building which I only noticed the day before I left.
