Great staff and location

Breakfast was fine (they delivered it to the apartment) and the location was central. The managers did help us get a cab to the train station and offered suggestions for our next destination. I don't understand the overall high ratings. I thought this was a hotel and it was really more like an Airbnb, which I did not want to book given that we were arriving late on an international flight that was delayed. Because this wasn't a conventional hotel, there wasn't a public front desk (or even hotel front door) and the arrival instructions were not clear. I had emailed ahead to give an approximate arrival time (as requested) and even updated it when our flight was delayed. They said we could check in anytime. Still, I stood outside on a dark street corner with kids and luggage in tow calling the property's number. They didn't pick up after several calls and later someone walked out (of an unmarked door) and called someone but wouldn't let us enter the property. Eventually someone finally came and wanted me to go deal with the tourist taxes/paperwork (leaving my spouse and kids on the street for another 15 min) and then only later, walked us across the street to another building where the room was located. (They had apparently whatsApp messaged me after communicating via email; I would have appreciated the heads up about coordinating on whatsApp since I wasn't checking it and thought this was a hotel with a real front desk and door not a airbnb-type situation.) We did NOT have a Duomo view and were on a 4th floor of a building across the street from the (main?) property, which was not what was advertised. At check in, they could have walked us to the apartment first with our kids and luggage and dealt with the tourist taxes later given that it was late at night (after 10pm) and we were just off our 12 hour flight with kids but they didn't. The delay with all of the check in stuff meant we missed dinner at the restaurant we wanted to eat at because it closed as we arrived. Apartment was fine--but 4th floor (very small elevator fit some luggage but not all; bathroom also small.)

This was a great place to stay in Naples, close to a lot of the attractions we wanted to see and easy walking to several great restaurants. The in-room breakfast was substantial and delivered to the room on schedule — just open the door and breakfast is served! Customer service was great, very friendly, helpful and responsive, easy to leave bags after check-out with easy pick-up, really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Good luck seeing LeBron this season! There are some steps to get up and down with luggage but that’s true all over Europe. Staff very helpful on this front, greatly appreciated.

Great host and perfect location. We loved Naples!

My family and I loved Naples, especially staying at Duomo 152. It was a great location next to a lot of restaurants, shopping and awesome sites to see. Our room was comfortable, clean and cool with the air conditioner. The staff was incredibly kind and awesome, especially Rosario. Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean, the breakfast delivered straight to the room was delicious, and the location was very central. I am so grateful to Rosario. God bless you always. What I didn't like was not staying another night

Wonderful stay in the center of Naples! Rosario, the host, was so helpful and accommodating! Room had a beautiful view of the duomo and was perfectly clean! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and shower had great water pressure. Couldn’t ask for more, it was a perfect experience! Nothing

Rosario was so kind and helpful. The location was great and the breakfast was terrific. Had a little trouble getting the room a comfortable temperature but that was because the air conditioner worked too well.

The room was very bright and the tiny terrace has a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very small. Although the shower was large enough, the bathroom itself was very small. The hairdryer and TV didn't work or didn't work well. The location was convenient but with convenience comes lots of street noise, and the walls were thin.

Rosario was an excellent host. Very helpful, served a very nice breakfast promptly and extremely gracious. Accommodations close to lots of sites.

Location is directly across from Duomo and around the corner from the historic district. Very convenient for our day of sightseeing. Rosario is a very attentive host; gave us a lot of information and personally met us upon arrival and departure. All we needed for our visit

The manager is great! He was waiting for me on my arrival date to show me around! AC is only in the room, and outside area was warm.

Location and VIEW - it was in the historic district with many interesting shops and the cathedral was right across the street. Rosario was great about arranging a driver to the airport, mapping out where to go, and arranging breakfast in my room for an early flight. I didn’t realize there were stairs to get to my room, although I had no problem and had help with my bags.

Host was so helpful. He gave us so much info about the area and answered all our questions. The breakfast was also so yummy.
