Alfredo is a great host - very friendly and welcoming, and he provided useful information about exploring the city. The room (with the balcony) is a decent size and very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location - steps away from Napoli Centrale and the Metro, and a 15 minute walk to the historical centre.

The manager was absolutely lovely and kind. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re taking a train. And when I couldn’t get my A/C to function, the manager took it upon himself to give me an extra discount. It’s not fancy by any stretch, but it’s a very good bargain for the price. When I arrived after midnight, my room was very hot and stuffy. I could not get my A/C to work, so I had to keep the windows open all night.

Near the railway station. The host was very helpful and upgraded my room to a double bed for free, even though I had booked a single bed. He also provided excellent guidance about the area. The room was perfect and clean. It was difficult to locate at first because it’s in a residential building, but no complaints as the host was always available to communicate and ready to help..

Great service from the check in staff, room very clean, nice bathroom, token for a breakfast at a great bar round the corner, very good air conditioning. It isn't in the nicest area of naples and it's quite tricky to find the B&B among the other residences in the building

Alfredo greeted me at the beginning of my stay and had the room ready so that I could check in a little early. He was very responsive with texts and extremely helpful. The room was large and had a private balcony. Breakfast was provided at a restaurant around the corner that included a pastry and coffee - very yummy! Great location very close to Napoli Centrale Station. Everything was great. Might be nice to have a microwave in the public area, but not a critical issue.

A perfect place to stay, super clean with a great host to feel safe, even alone in Napoli. And Napoli is magic!

Ideal location right off piazza Garibaldi in a lovely apartment complex. The host was excellent. So kind and accommodating. Beautiful clean and comfortable bed. Television with Netflix etc. ? recommended. Fridge in room with water. Tea facilities too. Loved my stay there will definitely return. He gave lots of recommendations for Naples too. Such a lovely helpful gentleman. Nothing at all.

The location of the facility is excellent. Easy access to all kinds of transportation you prefer. The room is spacious comfortable. Will definitely come back when visiting the city again.
