Andrea & Andrea were kind and helpful hosts who did their best to assist us throughout our stay. When the air conditioning stopped working during the night, they responded promptly and managed to fix the issue. We really appreciated their willingness to help and their friendly attitude. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. First of all, we were unable to get any proper sleep because of the unbearable noise coming from the street. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard, and the pillow felt like concrete, making it impossible to rest comfortably. The common areas (the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom) were unbearably hot, like a sauna. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, leaving the room unbearably warm. The breakfast was far below expectations. It consisted of only a croissant and a bottle of water, and the coffee wasn't even ready at breakfast time. The surrounding neighborhood also left a very poor impression. It felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe, and the constant street noise made the overall experience even worse.

The locations near the train is great, but the neighborhood is sketchy and very dirty. Traffic extremely busy and a noisy, but didn't bother us

Although I booked a room with a terrace, it turned out that I did not have access to the terrace, but only a view of someone else's terrace. Breakfast is in another building.
-
The location was extremely noisy: there were car horns all night and our room was directly on the street. It's not the staff's fault, clearly, we just weren't aware of how noisy and loud things would be.

The location is very convenient, and the host was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Location close to train station was great. Excellent value and host was great too. Area around the location can be a bit sketchy - saw an attempted robbery a block away.

The location is convenient, it's near Napoli Centrale and a 15-minute walk to the "Centro Storico."The host, Andrea, in our case, was very helpful and available; the apartment was amazing, nothing more to add. nothing

The room was perfect for a solo stay. With three bathrooms, there’s hardly ever a wait, which makes things really convenient. I didn’t end up using the kitchen, but it’s fully stocked if you plan to cook. Andrea, the host, met me outside the B&B on arrival, walked me through the check-in process, and even helped with my luggage, small touch, big difference. The location is also just a 3–4 minute walk from the central station, making it super easy to get around. You can also catch the Alibus straight to the airport from there. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again if I came back to Naples :) The location isn’t the cleanest / safest, but that’s something I was already aware of when booking. As long as you stay aware of your surroundings and take normal precautions, you should be fine. Just a personal preference, but I do wish there had been a sink in the room, nothing major, just a small added convenience.

There was some noice from the street during the morning that woke me up

It is conveniently located close to the train station and is secure. Price was cheap The incessant car horn noise from the bus and parking terminal and street below was ridiculous. The ad didn’t mention it was a shared B&B and breakfast isn’t really breakfast but a croissant in a restaurant on the street. The beds were rock hard, the sheets and mattress cover were stained and had hair on them and the towels were thread worn badly. Once bathroom toilet wasn’t really operable (put #2 paper in a garbage pail) and another told could barely sit on a toilet as your knees hit the washing machine which had wet towels in it for a full day. Ad said there was a microwave that didn’t exist.
-
While it was clearly noted that bathrooms are shared, the practical experience proved difficult, particularly regarding the availability of hot water. In some instances, only one of the three bathrooms had functioning heated water, which led to significant queuing and delays for guests

Awesome facilities, wonderful host - Andrea is simply the best. He helped us out with every request and always replied very quickly. Highly recommend this place

I would come back for sure. Only one thing I wish you can change the pillows .. but this is not a bad thing.. it is only my proposition

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the Host was very pleasant and accommodating. The BnB was very close to the Train and Bus stations so it was easy to get around. Andrea even recommended a great place to have a meal after traveling all day. Walking around in the day was great and lots to see but I felt a little nervous walking in the evening on my first visit. Pickpockets tried to unzip my bag a couple of times. Just be careful.

In the kitchen there was complimentary tea and coffee and breakfast was provided in the form of a voucher which could be used in the cafe downstairs. There were no coat hanger(s) in the room.

Staff is amazing Nothing

Nice big space, bathrooms and all very nice and clean. Stuff were very nice and friendly. The road outside was loud late night and early morning. A little hard to find the place.
-
The property is clean, organized and well managed with the gift of hospitality. It’s a great landing spot to get settled and explore the beauty of Napoli. Highly recommended.

This is my second review and I give it another 10 stars. You won’t be disappointed. Andrea the host, the younger one, has exceptional character and integrity.

The location is excellent — the apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the Central Train Station. There are several shops and cafés nearby. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the hosts are kind and friendly, always ready to assist and stay in touch. There is also a well-equipped and comfortable kitchen available for guests to use. Overall, it offers great value for money.
