It was close to airport, but the district is terrible The fact that they do not have elevator to all floors, and that you may be provided with the room in the 3rd floor and you need to lift your luggage by stairs

Location was great being close to the train station. Liked the balcony. AC worked well. There was a little outside noise at night. Balcony door didn’t lock very securely.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurant with very good food and attentive staff. Charming and quaint Italian hotel in downtown Naples. We liked everything. You may consider providing more soap for bathing, and a blanket (if needed by the guest) for the bed in cooler months of the year.

Location close to Naples Centrale No coffee making station in room. If you have an early morning train, the food court is closed until 06:00 so you out of luck for the 1st coffee of the day. Room was very clean but Bed was Extremely FIRM and mattress wrapped in plastic. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very close to the train station, the room was clean, and the shower was nice. The staff was pleasant. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable in our room. Also, there were twin size beds on either side of the double bed, and it left very little room to move.
