Loved the room and restaurant Location was a little scary, very quiet, far from city center but train was close and it was perfect to the airport which is why we did it.

The property and staff were excellent and went out of there way to make a 40 degree C day better They day we were there the main air conditioning decided to break 40 degree C. Day

Nice hotel great room. Whoever was cleaning room for 3 days we where there did an above outstanding job. Attention to detail with our things, folded clothes etc. best house keeping I’ve seen at hotels in. 40 years. Kinda in rough area but looks like it’s getting better with stores and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Hotel restaurant great food too. N/a

Closeness to Airport

Very clean and modern. There was a piano player in the bar area who was phenomenal. We felt like we were in a scene from a movie. We had a lovely stay on our layover from Praiano to Naples airport. Conveniently located for our early morning flight back to US. Not a great part of town but chose for proximity to airport.

Location to the airport Lock on the door didn't work and while unlocking the first room, it is occupied by two people.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The pizza in the bar was outstanding. Can not think of one thing except not centrally located.

Convenient to go to the airport. Clean room, comfortable beds. AC didn’t work and we had to call to get it fixed late in the evening. The area looked a bit sketchy outside with lots of tagging and dirty streets.

This room was so clean and well-appointed! Friendly staff and we loved that it was at the end of the Metro line so we just hopped on every morning on our way to activities. Great restaurant next door called Regine. The bar in the hotel was great for appetizers and drinks. The room was quiet and the shower pressure was great. We had a room with two queens. I thought I booked it with breakfast included but they told me at check in that it wasn't included and I chose not to add it on because I was annoyed. The location is in a business area which is not too attractive if you are expecting quaint Italian charm but it worked well for us. Just a Metro ride from anything!
