Staff were great. A 4* Hotel is expected to have a kettle and bathroom amenities. Also, the WiFi isn’t consistent. Luckily there are stores across the road to purchase bathroom amenities.

I booked this hotel late night and the receptionist was very nice. The hotel is surprisingly cool for its poor rating. My room had a balcony and a fridge for €38! Guests smoked in the room.

Very helpful, nice and kind staff. Also the chocolate croissant of the breakfast ? A bit far from the city centre. Although great access to bus station.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tiny room. No iron available. Reception staff unhelpful. Paid for included breakfast which turned out to be only croissant. Asked for extra bedding - was given blood stained pillows without covers. Extremely unsafe elevators - does not have motion sensors at one point it was about to crush my hand. Nowhere near 4* standard as advertised.
