Ran out of hot water before I could even rinse the shampoo! And I was first in the shower!

Perfect location, with parking included in the cost of stay. A very safe, clean and quiet place, with friendly assistance. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom are pretty small; we expected it would be bigger. Anyway, it was not a problem.

Central location. Warm and helpful welcome. Room cleaning services everyday. Breakfast was in a different location, at a tiny local bar with not many options while the pictures from the post show a breakfast with fruits and juices. Upon contacting the owner, she said the breakfast style was stated in the fine print of the post. :/

Thank you Antonio for your great hospitality and explanations about Napoli. We really enjoyed staying at Isa Guest Rooms and because the subway was very close, we were in the historical centre in just 10 minutes. The breakfast for which you gave us the coupons at the nearby restaurant was of good quality but very little to eat.

The room was really confortable and the views too. The breakfast could be better.

Everything was great, specially the reception, the room and the location.

The host was amazing he helped us know a lot of city gems and the rooms were very clean. The location is perfect because it is some minutes walking to the beach and only one minute to the train station. The area is safe and the whole building had a great security. The parkings are available too but it is better to get a small car if you rent one. Nothing to say really !

The property has space for parking which is rare in Naples. It is also right next to the subway and the ride into the city centre is only 2 stops away. The ticket cost only 1.5 euros one way. The property is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator which is again rare in most of the old buildings in Italy. The host Antonio was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in at noon and he was there personally to greet and set us up. Gave us tips of how to get around and what to do in Naples. There was a payment issue with the credit card but he was extremely patient and helpful. In the end it was resolved. At no time was he upset or rude. It was a very good experience and gave me a good feeling about the situation.

The host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in much earlier than the normal check in time. He even gave us a map and circled a few historical sites and tourist attractions in Naples as well as restaurants nearby. The back road used to gain access to the facility confused us at first but once we found the right building it wasn't bad.

The welcoming was very warm and the host made sure we had all necessary info to enjoy our stay in Naples. The location was great, 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the train station to reach the city centre.

It was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The free private parking space was a bonus and the lift was really useful for our luggage. It was also not too far to walk to the seafront or up to Vomero

location is good the room is small if your arrival is after 8PM, will get additional charge, which no claim on the page or will be told just 1 minute before your arrival!!
