Very good position Loud music coming from the next wall, in the middle of the night!! The structure was cold and the bed really uncomfortable (on one side also too close to the wall).

The hotel inside is renovated, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big. The shower doesn't work very well, the noise of the road sometimes was a problem. The host speaks only Italian. The breakfast was awful, just a plate with some croissant. Don't think that you will eat all the days we eat outside.

Nothing. The worst stay we have ever had. Non-existent cleanliness. Poor breakfast. The bathroom items never renewed. There is no phone signal throughout the property. The internet never works. The outside areas are dangerous with suspects walking around the yard. Very bad neighborhood and very far from the city center. Very difficult to park and very dangerous for a motorcycle. Excessive Humidity. It is not possible to communicate in English. Parking very expensive and very far from the location.

Nice host and nice room that was well cleaned. Southern European breakfast. The location, steep climbs and far to restaurants.

Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Once arrived we get welcomed from the owner and tells us about some policy of the place. Here is where I didn’t like much, because the breakfast was a box within the room filled with industrial pastry and the towels would have been changed every 3 days.Unfortunately also the clean was not at its best because we found some strains on our blankets. Most likely was stolen a top of my partner because it was left in the room but never found again.The location luckily was good and could reach almost everything by walk/metro.

The location is great, very close to historical center and all attractions. The host was very lovely and welcomed us and despite not speaking English, we got along well. There was no actual window to the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom thus making the place very dark and with little fresh air.

The location was perfect, the host was really nice and polite, the apartments was very clean! The second bed for the third person could have been a bit bigger as an adult couldn’t sleep well.

-large room (room 4 out of the 5 there) -coffee machine free to use -flush didn’t work in the toilets which is simply unacceptable on a 3 day stay -shower cap and pressure not working, shower leaking into the room -when arriving, host pestered us on what time we were arriving as he wanted to leave the property; but when we had to get our luggage to leave, host was 15min late… -bed was a Queen size (small), sheets were not super clean and duvet doesn’t have a cover so everyone uses the same which is horrendous -breakfast consists of some cheap snacks, they could at least make an effort to have a decent offering. -heating only in the room not toilets so towels were consistently wet -thin walls, room 5 was partying until 2am but as no host on duty, couldn’t complain to a reception -poor value for money
