The girl who checked us in was friendly and nice. The location was good ?? They had a kettle in the room with several tea options. They also offered free breakfast, which included coffee and a croissant. It was extremely noisy in the room all night, even with earplugs for sleeping. We also didn’t receive complimentary water, which felt unusual. The shower was old and there was no place to put personal toiletries. There was no light beside the bed, and the charger outlet was only on one side of the bed. Overall, the room needs renovation, as everything feels outdated and old-fashioned.

This was an excellent, convenient place to stay. It is within walking distance of other worthwhile neighborhoods and public transit is right outside the front door. The staff went above and beyond explaining the ins and outs of navigating public transit. Plus, a great view of the piazza put front and the complementary free breakfast next door.

The staff was very friendly and accessible by phone. It's easy to reach by the metro. The picture they use is not the actual place you stay, which causes confusion when you arrive. If you're looking at that building, turn 180 and that's the building you're in.

The staff was super friendly. They helped me before and during the trip. They contacted me to be sure I was arriving safe to the place and gave me good tips for the city.

Location was good , close to the hotel.

The room was large, cleaned regularly, located within walking distance of public transportation and had a place to store my bags after checkout. The staff was extremely responsive. I had trouble connecting with the staff in advance to meet with them to get the keys as I did not know my exact arrival time and did not have a cellular connection. I had to search out a wifi connection at a cafe to contact the staff. Once I was able to reach them, the staff arrived immediately.

The picture on the post is not the building. We weren't given any helpful information about getting in, where to park to bring our luggage etc. We drove around for 45 minutes before we found the place. Once we got there the rooms were very basic and done on the cheap with hard mattresses and flat pillows. The included breakfast was a coffee and one pastry. I don't recommend this place as they were very misleading.

Location - but this property shares with MANY other businesses and the hotel HAS NO SIGN to indicate that their hotel is one of them. We searched for over 2 hours in the heat with heavy luggage. Finally a lady rushed out the front to ask if we were looking for the hotel. See above. Also she said something about canceling and we said no and did not cancel.

Excellent location, a little difficult to locate on my own but the staff was there every step of the way, they were excellent. The breakfast is in a cafe/bar next door, very convenient. Would recommend!

Thank you Marcia and Antonio for a warm welcome and for meeting me late. The room was super comfortable. Bed and pillows perfect. Bathroom was large and a good shower. The whole place was immaculate and comfortable. Location was perfect. The gift coupons for breakfast at the cafe were a very pleasant surprise and a nice touch. I give my stay a 20 out of 10 and HIGHLY recommend There isn’t one thing that I didn’t like

Good location, beautiful view from my room, breakfast could be better: just croissant and coffee or tea. I ask for milk instead and got it. Very friendly staff, communicated with me constantly the day of my arrival (the plain was 10 hours late and they stayed there late at night to open the door for me and great me) Breakfast could be bigger.
