The location was VERY GOOD. The building, room and staff were amazing...........comfortable and clean. Grazie di Tutto Francé'......ci vedremo a 2025. Qualcosa di sistemare sulla colazione.

Quiet inside the room and dark so you can get a good night sleep. Bed was super comfy and bathroom modern Polystyrene tiles around walls

Location was perfect for restaurants, bars and lovely walk along the promenade. Host was very friendly and showed us everything we needed, had many options for breakfast and coffee in shared kitchen area. WiFi did not work I believe due to thickness of walls and being in basement level, although not the end of the world when you should be out enjoying Naples :)

The owner is lovely and very helpful. Some snacks, fruit, water and coffee are always available for you which is amazing. The location is super, as you are in the seaside in a few steps and on the city center in 15 min. The neighborhood is more peaceful and calm than the other places of the city. Felt always safe. I thank Francesco for everything! In my room there was a little strange door/window unreachable on the top of the wall and from 5/6am you could hear all the noises of men working and talking in the building. Very unpleasant and couldn’t sleep much.

Location was good, and a decent sized space. Breakfast wasn’t refilled regularly. Noise of the neighbors, phone ringing and loading trucks middle of the night and early morning. Hot water was limited.

We stayed at 3 B&Bs during our time in Italy and this place was our favourite! The coast was literally just around the corner, with so many restaurants there & within walking distance. Sebastiano kindly got us an iron for our clothes. It was so cosy, perfect for a couple or 2 friends with plenty space to move around. I'm an interior designer so I was in love with the (comfy) cushions & the beautiful entrance door, this place is a hidden gem in Naples.

The host and staff were amazing. Really kind and caring, nothing too much trouble. Noise from the business next to the B and B gives you an early wake up call.

Everything went extremely smoothly during my four-night stay at Napoli Storia e Mare. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could store my luggage at the accommodation for the entire day after my final night, before retrieving it later.

Francesco and Sebastiano made sure that we have a very comfortable stay. The room was always tided. The location is perfect next to amazing bars and restaurants. The hosts were above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Bath towels needs to be changed more often, since there is no way for them to dry due to sun / window lack.

Sebastiano provided so many little items to make us comfortable! He also recommended some wonderful restaurants and helped us book a taxi. Also, the hotel is one tiny block from the beach with its fantastic scenery! I did not realize it was a BnB - my fault-so we had a minor difficulty in identifying it when we arrived.

The property was clean and cozy. I felt safe. The coffee and breakfast foods were easily available . It was on a good location .
