Great location Fridge Large room Friendly staff Decent breakfast Felt safe Safe wasn’t attached to wall. Bit random.

Well located. Unassuming gem located on the third floor of regular building. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was lovely. For a three star hotel, I’d say they did a pretty good job all around.

the breakfast, the look of the hotel

Very good location and the breakfast was decent. All the staff we dealt with were very professional and helpful. The building is run down and houses many other things besides the hotel. Our first room was 1 star at best and when we were moved to another room it was only slightly better. The rooms are generally in poor repair and are in dire need of updating.

This property offers an excellent balance of convenience, comfort, and value for travelers visiting the city. Location: Metro Access: Just a 5-minute walk to the nearest station. City Center: 20-minute walk into downtown. Transit Hubs: Only 10 minutes from the Port and the Alibus stop (perfect for airport transfers). The Room & Amenities: Fresh Renovations: The rooms are fully updated with clean bathrooms. Great Comfort: The beds are very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast: A decent breakfast selection to start your day. Overall, the fantastic location and updated rooms make this a highly recommended place to stay! While the interior has its strong points, there are a couple of areas where the property could improve to offer better value for guests. Areas for Improvement: Exterior Appearance: The building is not very attractive from the outside and is definitely in need of an exterior renovation. Pricing: The rates could be a little bit cheaper to better match the overall look and feel of the property. Overall, it is a decent option, but refreshing the building's exterior and adjusting the prices would greatly improve the guest experience.

Big bathroom, good location; buffet breakfast was fine The toilet didn't flush and we had to ask twice to get it fixed

Walkable to many restaurants, shopping, activities, and attractions. Room was really clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was a bonus. The elevators are a bit sketchy. Lobby on third floor of the building was strange.
-
The reception was very friendly, the bathroom was huge, and the room attended all basic needs for a stay. I wish they had a iron for clothes ironing available, which they didn't, and the sound proofing/pillow softness could be better.

The location was okay. The breakfast was good. The fact that this is not a hotel. This is an apartment building with several rooms close to each other that makes you awake in the middle of night when a new guest comes into building!

Breakfast is good; location is close to every point of view

could not find this place because the "hotel" exists on the third floor of a random building. Had a really hard time speaking to the front desk person as he only spoke italian and we spoke english. I think advertising this place as a hotel is misleading, it is just a room.

The location was great - especially to the port and the metro, the breakfast was amazing, including made-to-order coffee, and many other special treats and most importantly Fabiana was so helpful for rookie Italy travelers like us. We did everything we needed to do in Naples/Amalfi and discovered all the cool, interesting neighborhoods with her help! We slept with the windows open to the busy streets below and generally received the full Italian experience here! Our room was very close to the front desk and got loud especially at night.

Nice BF Had difficulty locating the property and accessing.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent. The hotel is in the 3-rd floor of an administrative building, which is old and non-heated. The rooms lacked professional solutions specific to a modern hotel.
