The location was excellent — very close to the port, supermarket, and plenty of food options. The AC in the room was definitely a plus. Although an early 09:30 check-in was confirmed by the staff, we were unable to access our room even by 10:30. Despite my informing the team of an urgent engagement at that time, I was still being called at 10:40 by staff inquiring about our location, which felt jarring and unprofessional. I would have appreciated better communication regarding the delay, especially since the early check-in was an arrangement provided by the hotel itself. The building itself was quite old, and guests are required to carry two large keys plus a fob whenever going out, which was rather inconvenient — especially since there was no separate set provided for two people. The living room of our unit was right beside the café’s outdoor seating area, separated only by a curtain, which did not provide a comfortable sense of privacy. The shower room was not well maintained, and the elevator was very small. It also required euro coins to operate before check‑in and after check‑out, which was very inconvenient. When we returned to collect our stored luggage after checking out, the staff seemed reluctant to assist and told us to pay for the elevator since we had already checked out. We tried using our coins, but the elevator simply did not work. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the eggs were noticeably too salty. Overall, the experience felt unfriendly and inconvenient. Not recommended.

The room is very spacious and the cleanliness is impeccable... the breakfast is satisfactory and the service was very good!! The entrance isn't attractive and doesn't reflect the reality of the B&B.

Excellent location, cozy family hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — we even received a complimentary room upgrade, which we really appreciated. The restaurant in front of the hotel is also recommended. Many thanks to the team!

Breakfast: Should have more variety Location: Great Room: Could use updating. The ceiling was leaking, I had my room changed, and the doorknob fell off. It seemed like every room had an issue. No wifi in my room, and I had to work in the hallway. The staff should be present 24 hours a day, as there was no one at the desk to help me with the leaking ceiling and my door that would not close. Need better WIFI connection.

The serylankan staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is very old. Limited breakfast. The city tax the Italian government imposes on travelers is a waist as you see just Sloppiness every where. We were made to believe Italian government specifically in the southern parts, dislikes tourists but makes money out of them.

Lovely B&B in a 500 year old building. Updated interior. From the exterior you might think “ooops” but once you enter it is charming. The staff is extremely helpful and breakfast can be taken on an exterior veranda. A more prominent sign on the exterior naming the B&B would be helpful.

-
Nice and good located place, with excellent service and host. The entrance is too old and the elevator is small. But the rest was good.
