Stay was convenient and accessible to everywhere. We walked the entire stay for food and exploring. It’s safe for families. The pool table was a bonus. It’s a quick stop to shower change and head back to the hustle outside. Just need a bigger water tank, but understand circumstances

They are willing to adjust breakfast time base on our continence. We played pool table together, very gentleman! I can hear motorcycles passing by all night long, but I get use to it after day2.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were always available to assist us, whether we had questions about transportation, local restaurants, or sightseeing. Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, a convenient location, and the incredibly helpful staff made this stay a highlight of our trip. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples! While our stay was overall enjoyable, one thing that posed a bit of a challenge was the hilly terrain in the area. My parents are elderly, and navigating the steep streets was difficult for them at times. This wasn’t an issue with the apartment itself, but more due to my lack of research on the accessibility of the surrounding area. We still had a great experience, but it’s something to keep in mind if traveling with someone who has limited mobility

In the hustle and bustle of this exciting city, Spaccanopoli Suites was a haven, a delight to return to each day. Extremely well located, easy to get to, with very welcoming and supportive hosts - we loved it all and look forward to returning

Internet speed is to low

This upmarket bed and breakfast is in an old palazzo and in a quiet area of the city without any tourists. But it is close to all landmarks, restaurants and shops and one can walk everywhere. The room (suite/family room) was beautifully designed: contemporary, very spacious and bright with a balcony. Nice and big bathroom as well. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They give essential information and are very accommodating (arriving early, leaving our luggage until a late flight). One feels so welcome in this wonderful place. The breakfast is good but could have some more fresh pastries.

The hosts - Umberto and Roberto couldn’t have done anymore for you. So much so, Unberto told us to reach to him if we had any needs for the rest of our time in Italy. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The hosts were great! They provided helpful advice, arranged a taxi to transport us to the airport, and even cared to provide breakfast on our final day despite our early departure (before breakfast serving hours). The apartment was very comfortable and had so much space. We loved the high ceilings! Location was very central and close to many points of interest.

Only thing I missed was something fresh on the breakfast bread with ham an cheese. Cucumber or tomato or something like that. Everything was perfect!

Excellent location, you could walk everywhere. Breakfast was good enough. The room was huge and very clean. Roberto and Umberto were very friendly and helpful. All in all, this accommodation was better than you could hope for:)

Amazing location in Naples -- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, and sights in a neighborhood with lots of character. Umberto, our host, was phenomenal. He made sure we could find the place, gave us fantastic recommendations for food, helped us navigate the city, gave us breakfast to go, and on the morning we were supposed to check out even let us keep our bags in our room all afternoon and shower later that day before we moved on to our next city. Our shower head was broken, but we were able to come up with a band-aid fix so that it would stay up

Our hosts took a lot of trouble welcoming us and providing useful information for our stay. The room we stayed in was very spacious. Breakfast was quite good. The rooms were in an historic building and had many interesting features. The location was quite central and we could walk to many places of interest. To reach the accommodation involved a steep climb up busy roads. A lift was provided from the courtyard to the 2nd floor where the rooms were which helped with luggage but wasn't always available.

Great location close to lots of restaurants. Great room with a lovely little balcony. Roberto was very helpful and informative. Good breakfast and coffee. Perfect accommodation for three of us with really good sized room, mini fridge, and a safe There was a fridge in our room and a couple of cups or glasses would have been useful - but it didn’t spoil our break!

Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites is right at the top of Napoli's main street were a lot of the historical buildings are located, as well as shops and restaurants. Also it is pretty close to the Toledo metro station if you want to visit the rest of Napoli. Umberto and Roberto were helpful hosts.
