Location was good for me, it was near to subway

The area was close to the waterfront with a nice promenade. The decoration of the bedrooms was nice. Very poor standart of the bathrooms, no tiles in the walls. Moldy areas on the shower walls that are noticeable and have an odor. The bathroom sink faucet had come loose and was wobbling from side to side. Incredible answers of the owner Lucio saying that the problems in the bathrooms were caused by the previous guests 3 days ago…He said us to leave if we’re not satisfied…

Really nice big hotel with a mini fridge, smart tv, and balcony with a nice view. The room is cleaned daily and filled with free coffee and water. The staff is kind and even ordered a taxi for us. The view is also nice and the place is close to two metro lines. The wifi did not really work & the shower door didn’t close all the way so the bathroom floor would get wet.

Staff is helpful. They clean each day and bring new towels. Amenities like water, cofee and tea are available. Breakfast was in the nearby cafe with limited included items (cofee and croissant) and unfriendly waiters. Location is noisy to have open windows over night. Bathroom is ok but I could not enjoy in normal showering. Hooks for towels are not nearby shower.

Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff Very noisy. I understand this isn’t something that the owners can control. But the property is on a busy street in Naples, and the walls are very thin (heard the television next door during our entire stay).

Good quality room located in a great location, a few minutes walk to the marina and beach promenade and close to nearby restaurants. My room looked out onto the inner courtyard so was nice and quiet. Nearest Metro station only 5 min walk away. The cleaner was very nice and helpful during my stay, particularly with the communal coffee machine :-) I found my bed mattress a little too firm and the pillows too high for my own personal preference but that may suit someone else. The shower leaked out onto the floor through the shower cubicle door so had to put a towel down each time which ended up very wet. This needs to be fixed as a guest should not have to walk out onto a wet bathroom floor.

Great location and view from the terrace. The room had everything we needed,very clean The communication with personal was via WhatsApp ,was very easy. All in all was a very nice stay.

We booked the junior suite with sea view and balcony as a treat for our anniversary. We arrived and the person who checked us in had made a mistake and given someone else our room and we ended up with the smallest room with no balcony and no view. We were really not happy about the room and poor contact with the property about the partial refund they offered. I am sure if we had stayed in the room we had booked this will have been a positive review as the room is a big part of making our holiday special.
