Vanzi Rooms

Great location—right at the metro exit and very central, with everything you need nearby. Check-in was quick and easy; the reception desk is located in the café, with the rooms situated behind it. We stayed in a room for four people, which was quite spacious and equipped with basic amenities. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was included and consisted of a drink and one choice of sweet. Overall, we were satisfied, and for the price, it was the best option. We would stay again. It would be better if some basic kitchen amenities were provided in the room, such as cups or a wine opener.

It's a pretty basic room - no frills, no feathers. But sometimes that's just what you need.

It was a clean and spacious room. And breakfast was simple, but it was great. You need to check in at the beside cafe, but there was no instruction about it.

The location couldn't have been better, in the city centre but very quiet as it is set back in a big square beside an underground station. Staff were very friendly and the price was great.

The location was perfect, spacious room, walking distance to all attractions, direct bus to the airport (182) , great spot for the nightlife too. The staff was very sympathetic, the room had a balcony with a great view and the included breakfast in the cafe on the Dante square was delicious (Italian pastry and coffee) There was a problem with the toilet mechanism, it wasn't always working and it was very noisy. Also, you could hear the other guests in the next room. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable

I didn’t like the smelly and used (not cleaned enough) bathroom and the fact that the stuff did the beds everyday (even though we didn’t need it) and misplaced our clothes etc.

The location was amazing opening your windows on the balcony with a statue of Dante ahead in the square. The room was clean and spacious, with quirky original features. We were right in the centre of the music university and could hear practice sessions and operatic singing. The eateries and clothes shops were right on the doorstep, and the staff were some of the friendliest we've met while holidaying. We were very sorry to leave a beautiful city and lodgings. The only mention which comes to mind is a lack of crockery / cutlery, however we never queried this with staff therefore it could have been remedied.

Downstairs restaurant area. Toilet leaked, kept filling up with brown water and seat was broken.

Location and a helpful landlady. Lovely room. We both slept well. Breakfast could have been more substantial but overall ok
