Breakfast, bed, the room was new, proximity to Napoli Centrale, Easy check in The WiFi signal was low, there wasn't a bath mat and I used a towel, I didn't find a toilet bag and I used mine, the elevator was a little bit risky and on the 2nd day was out of order and I needed to walk up to the 4th floor.

Great location, walking distance to the train station. Good view of the port. Clean room, great AC. Very nice and cooperative staff A breakfast of croissant and coffee was a bit small., but manageable

The room was spacious with a good view of the port. It was easy access to the local train station. The breakfast was basic with few options. The over head shower did not work and neither did the TV. There was no provision of hot drinks in the room.

The person in charge answered every question immediately. He explained it wasn't a 24 hr conceirge, which I knew, yet let me in electronically. I had come off a 7 hr flight so appreciated. Lovely appointments. Had two balconies. Even breakfast. The place was a 12 minute walk from train and 9 minute walk to port. This was top notch service. Nothing

Well positioned to all the places we wanted to visit and to train station. The apartment was reasonably quiet, so we could sleep well Bathroom was not very comfortable Elevator, and the building in general, in a state of semi-abandonement

It was exactly as it looked. Super modern on the inside, clean and spacious. Close to the train station by 10 minutes walk and better food area. You could walk to Duomo in 10 minutes and 30 minutes to the museum. Our host was so awesome and planned an early taxi pickup for us also. The property had a great view from The deck of the harbour. It was in a bit of a rough part of town. But Napoli has a lot of that so it could have just been a typical area. But I felt safe enough walking from good restaurants back to the property.

The room was very well done, very clean, modern, great bathroom and the one of the best showers I have had in the whole of Italy. Very comfortable bed and one of the easiest check-ins imaginable. Very close to Garibaldi and Centrale. From the balcony you have a view onto the Vesuv. The neighborhood itself isn't the best (but then again you'd expect that knowing where you are), but not too bad either. The room is at a very noisy street (the modern windows keep most of the noise out, though).
