    The staff below the manager was very helpful, nice and professional. The woman at the reception helped us switch rooms and gave us 1 day free breakfast for compensation. The guy at the reception who is not the manager, guided us to a street with restaurants where we had a very nice dinner. Thanks to this staff I am giving the hotel not the lowest rating possible. The room had air conditioner. After we switched rooms the room was significantly bigger and the bathroom had space to turn. Then it match actually the pictures from Booking. If by any chance you end up at that hotel and the room seems different than the pictures you must complain immediately. They have the advertised rooms but they do not give it. First, we were given a room which was the size of a closet. Please see the pictures. Me and my partner, did not feel well upon arrival so we did not want to deal with that on our first night. We just accepted that we were tricked by the booking pictures. My partner asked for a blanket, and we waited a few hours. When my partner asked again, the manager was on shift and he said his colleague will bring it at 23:00. It was around 20:00 so my partner asked to have the blanket earlier because 23:00 is too late, and we have been waiting since 17:00. The manager gave us a blanket, but he nagged the whole time. The next morning, my partner asked why we were given this room since the booking pictures are completely different. The woman who worked at the reception was very nice and helpful, and she gave us another room, and she arranged for us 1 day of free breakfast for compensation. The new room was exactly what booking had advertised, and I do not know why they gave us a different room the first night. Anyway, we were happy with the compensation, so we let it go. But in the evening, everything turned upside down. When we asked for an extra pillow, the manager who was on shift said again 23:00. He was rude and aggressive, and he asked why we switched rooms. He said we are not getting a free breakfast. My partner explained the situation and showed the booking pictures. The manager said fuck booking, and he was escalating the conversation. My partner could have continued arguing, but we were in a foreign country where people barely speak English, there is a rental car in front of the hotel in the btw paid parking, and if something happens, it will be on our costs. We let it go and decided to complain to booking and ask for compensation since we never got a free breakfast. I have sent 3 emails to booking and called customer service, but I have not received a reply. It has been already 3 weeks after my stay and booking has not even bothered to see my complaint.

    The location is near the historic centre, so easy to walk to, however, the area surrounding the hotel is run down and out of keeping with the hotel

    The front desk of the hotel is very warm and the location is good, which is commendable, but other things are really not good. The hotel has two parts, one is new and the other is old. The old area has to pass through a long corridor, and there is no elevator. The rooms in the old area are very old, and the shower equipment is difficult to use. It is almost impossible to adjust it to a pleasant temperature if it is not for the weak hot water or the bone-chilling cold water. There is a serious bad smell in the toilet, which is long and persistent. The decoration of the room is also very old and terrible.

    It was very convenient and clean. Though it is 1km away from the train station, we were able to walk from the old town. One of the receptionist is not so nice. He was a bit irritated and stressed.

    The price was good The shower was extremely dirty, there was mold everywhere even on the ceiling. Shower curtain needs to be replaced or cleaned.

    It was well located close to the station and port. Small hotel but comfortable, nice staff, clean. Area was a little rough, no kettle in the room

    Best cappuccino for breakfast. Excellent curly haired girl at the reception, she helped us a lot. Location 5 minute walk to Garibaldi metro station for inside the city & 2 minute walk to Circumvesuviana Station for outside the city. Basic breakfast but does the job.

    we loved the experience. the staff was very helpful and the room quiet and cozy. it was a bit tricky to pee as there was a bidet right in front of a toilet.
