The terrace was not cleaned and we couldn't get to it.

It was clean enough and the owner was helpful The location and the lights inside. They were very dim. And the mosquitoes too

The Location was very good near to Train station by 2min and to the naple central by 5min Maybe the bed need some small adjustment as it drops in the middle

The staff was awkward. They tried to look professional but ended up the opposite. Sending you pages of things to read which is nonsense because im not visiting library and if i want to read all it will take few days. They can prioritize sharing the basics and nice to haves can be optional. The moment I arrive the apartment I started getting texts asking when are you gonna pay the taxes. The thing is there were no one to make the payment but they still text you to annoy non stop for from the very first 5 min you arrive. Makes you feel like you are a scammer but this is not an issue and shouldnt be. Also said they will send me the invoice the next day and though I keep reminding everyday it took a week. The entrence was self enterence but still they want to text all the time. If you are ok with getting super long messages all the time youll be fine. Also they dont let you use kitchen which is nonsense.

The suite was immaculate – everything felt brand new, fresh, and wonderfully clean. We loved the fantastic design – modern, chic, and incredibly inviting. The balconies offered stunning, absolutely gorgeous views over the vibrant city. But the ABSOLUTE BEST part was the wonderful, kind, and incredibly attentive owners and staff ????? Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. D'amelios Suite 2.0 isn't just a great hotel; it was genuinely the best thing that happened to us in Naples! We can't recommend it highly enough.

Good location, good price for 1 night stay, interesting interior design Lack of some things, e.g. gel douche, normal kettle, normal iron (too old and not clear how it works).

Near the station. Good communication with the owner. Suite tidy and bed comfortable 10c for the lift was a nuisance. One bedside electric plug not working. Area around suite was untidy, lots of litter.

Napes is a place of strong contrast then be prepared for it and get it with an open mind. This apartment provides a quiet, clean and comfortable space with an alternative modern vibe. We also have a good clean view from our room. If you need to move by train, it’s well located. Also there is a couple of groceries stores nearby. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and provided us with good advices.

Property was really clean and with good location, very close to napoli centrale(main trainstation) everything close, also suites are on 7th floor and it was very quiet place to stay in, no noises from outside, also stuff member was very friendly and helped me lot. Lift was kinda scary , so prepare your legs to go up 7th floor

The hotel was comfortable and relaxing; its proximity to the train station was a great advantage. It was disappointing that there were no slippers in the room and no hooks in the bathroom.

The process of getting into the building, getting through the first gate and second gate was very difficult. The room was cool, but there were stains on the bed sheets, the walls, and hair on the floor. To be honest I would not stay here again, it was way over priced for what I payed for.

Bed was comfortable and shower was perfect. Terrace was cute. Room was not well maintained. Stains on ceilings, non-upgraded apertures. Geckos and ants in room. Area was not safe. We booked when jacuzzi was still available and shown on photos. This was not the case on the day.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. We had a nice terrace. The host was very easy to communicate with. The drainage in the bathroom was clogged. It is not very close to the city centre, but it is right next to the central railstation. The art shark lamp is not working.
