The room wasn't overly special but oddly enough for our stay. The view from our room was amazing. I found the windows that open up on the marina side to be so charming. It was comfortable and had air conditioning. The furniture is basic - dorm style in my opinion. Bathroom had shower and was beautifully done with many toiletries, robes and slippers. The room wasn't set up with twin beds as I had specified on arrival, but the desk manager came up himself and we separated the single bed to twins. He was very helpful even with his limited vocabulary of English and mine of Italian. We laughed but got through it. There are no elevators, which is normal, so you are carrying what you bring up a spiral staircase. The hotel has older euro plugs so bring adapters. The room also has hard keys for the door, which is something I don't see as much anymore. The atmosphere, the marina, the castle, were all just beautiful. Once settled, we were able to walk and have coffee, eat, and just see the city. We were charmed. Due to the marina, the people are more upscale and older, which was fine by me, but my daughter was looking for more night life. Overall, I love the boat vibe of the place. Understand this one thing and you will be fine. Your car (taxi or Uber) will not bring you to the hotel. I am not sure why they refused. If you arrive by boat, you will be fine as they drop you at the front door. But if you have luggage, you will need to haul it down a long bridge over cobblestones with extra-large potholes, coming and going - goggleearth it before you get there. If there is a better way, the hotel should help visitors navigate this. I arrived around 2 pm after a 14 hr flight, extra tired and this about caused me tears. I had my daughter's luggage and mine, and her plane got stuck in Paris, so I was a female in a foreign country hauling double luggage down a cobblestone bridge to the hotel. I just wish I had known it so I could have navigated better. I am American so you live and you learn they are serious about that cobblestone part of the warnings. I won't say I didn't like it after staying in Italy nearly 3 weeks, but I should have known it and that is why I am putting it here.

The location was fantastic...in the Marina of the private boats facing the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius! The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was individually served to hotel guests....and there were many other customers coming in for coffee and breakfast...so I understand why they don't offer a traditional Italian hotel breakfast buffet.... Every thing was wonderful! Nothing...it was a wonderful stay!

Location & view from our room
-
An enviable view that I enjoyed showing pictures to others to make them jealous.

Amazing, wonderful, perfect location. Stuck between an awesome castle and an active, beautiful marina with mountains Vesuvius across the blue sea full of sails. The room had a full wall window immediately at the water edge, we fuond it difficult to leave. Minor things: slppery curving stars ( no elevetor0, no soap for the shower, only one chair, very simple furnishing

Did not like blow dryer.

Staff were friendly and helpful Both the bar and restaurant were closed on the night we stayed, which was a shame. I think that should have been explained when we booked the room

Abolutely fantastic setting, I truly recommend this place!

Amazing marina location, great restaurant
-
Best location, friendly staff, sea view? Breakfast is not as I expected

Located on the marina. First floor room with a view directly on the marina / ocean / Island of Caprice. Room was above the restaurant... with windows closed ... miracle... no noise!. Great restaurants literally next door. 15 minute walk to a good shopping area. Walk / run along the ocean. Stop for pizza. Who could ask for more?

The location is great - it's away from the madness of Naples and overlooking a marina with a great view of Mount Vesuvius. Our room was a good size and very clean. The table service for breakfast instead of a buffet was a nice surprise and it was delicious too. Great value for money in comparison to another stay we had in Naples. Watch the shelf above the bed head - it's easy to misjudge it and hit your head (as I did!).

The staircase and reception area are lovely, We were given help to take our suitcases up to the room -we had a stunning view from our suite overlooking the marina and Vesuvius. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning very welcoming! We would definitely stay again. Not being able to sit at our chosen table before 7pm - I would have preferred to sit outside admiring the view until it was time to order rather than having to sit in the warm bar area. Also the headboard shelf is a safety hazard.

Location - so central, but an oasis of calm, great views of the Lungomare and marina. Quite a small informal hotel. Really nice room, well equipped, decent size.

Location, panorama, cleanliness, helpful staff, restaurant Nothing

The property was very clean and very comfortable, in a fabulous marina location. The owner could not have been more helpful before and during our stay, arranging everything we needed, including very early morning breakfast bags and taxis as we headed to Naples Airport at 5.30am. Nothing. Value for money.

The location was fantastic, with great views of the harbor and Mt.Vesuvius from our comfortable room windows. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs had fine dining and was elegant. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

The benefits were really good for the price. We had a beautiful view, the room was really nice, just like the whole place, including the restaurant. We experienced a really awkward situation in which 2 people from the restaurant were having a heated discussion. We really think that kind of problems should be solved behind the scenes.
