Superlative staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable accommodation in the heart of Nara. We have been touring Japan for a month, the staff at this hotel found us an English doctor. So kind, true Japanese hospitality. Nothing

The front staff were terrific! Very nice and helpful AC in room could use an English translation form. No usb to charge phone.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating, giving us extra pillows immediately when we asked. The rooms were quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Location was central and an easy walk to the train. We didn’t end up using it, but we were offered a free pass to a nearby sento which was a sweet addition. I wish there had been options for non-twin beds at the same price point since I was staying with my partner.

The staff were incredible! So gracious and helpful, they really made our stay special and memorable. The location was quiet yet close to a lot of attractions. Liked the lobby with it’s library of books, places to sit and relax, and the guest umbrellas came in handy. No improvement needed

A self-contained room with all the amenities located in a quiet street with a short pleasant walk to Nara Station and all the monuments. It was a great base for day tripping and sightseeing. I liked that you could leave the key at the reception during the day so it wouldn't be lost. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel also has a sweet souvenir shop in the lobby where you can buy locally made gifts, which was nice.

It's a small low density hotel Friendly staff Location, location, location It's on the main street but a quiet one Within walking distance to Nara Park Surrounded by cafes and restaurants Within walking distance to Higashimuki shopping street Wish we stayed for at least 2 nights Room is dated and bathroom is tiny but who cares, refer to the list of things I like

Very nice staff, made me feel welcome, the room is nice, clean and comfortable for Japanese standards, there was a delicious green tea in the room. Excellent breakfast! I will come back!

Spacious room with an additional chair as well as the beds to sit on, Welcoming lobby with seating area, newspapers and free drinks, Good location close to Nara Park as well as a shopping street. Friendly staff. Parking is adjacent to the hotel.
