Rams, merry small. Very out dated.\nOnly warm water, no hot. Out of toilet paper.\n Nobody in the office.\n All weekend.\n Call them, it took close to 2 hours. 42 bring it. Outside filthy, dirty.\n Gutters falling off of the building. Absolutely looks abandoned

No frills but great location

Location an price wasn't to bad. Didn't like that we couldn't have a lower room, when they were all open. No ice or vending machine to get a cold drink. For price should have been a little better.

Nothing, it has run down over that last few years The owner .,He posted a sign on the office door telling customers to call the number on the door. When I did he wouldn’t come down to discuss the problem.

I would have given three stars, but the staff he is non-existent. No one in the office all weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). No housekeeping. No anyone except the guests who all had complaints (no way to get more than two very small bath towels, toilet paper, soap [micro bars good for one shower], an extra key, or any assistance). I wanted to leave one day early, but couldn’t reach anyone and they charged me anyway even though we were the last guests there on a Sunday morning. One couple accidentally locked themselves out of their room and couldn’t get back in for over an hour and only then by calling some emergency phone number to get a lockbox code. Overall the room is basic and fine for a place to sleep, but not for a family. There are no frills or amenities other than a baby fridge and a microwave. It shows its age and that age is old.

Nothing really Everything. It was run down gutters hanging down over door ways smelled like mold. No towels no coffee in rooms and office was lock with no one there all weekend with coffee machine and snack machine inside Accidentally got locked out of our room And they wouldn't answer there phone to help us had to call local police to help us get in. When it rains water runs under door and into rooms. Again no one around to help. Had to buy our own toilet paper and soaps because again no one working there all week end still was no one there when we left do not stay here. Absolutely terrible place terrible owners terrible just terrible. Probably get sick from black mold

Towels were soft and big. Room was clean and bathroom was a good size. The curb appeal is not great.

The air conditioner was loud but it cooled efficiently. Best of luck!

Passable

The room was clean. It was close to the places we planned on visiting. The room was on the lower level which was easy for my disability husband. Had to call a phone number to check in. Didn't meet any staff. The shower head hardly put out water to take a shower.

I canceled the property very run down & desolate

The room was clean and maintained. The owners left a number to call for checking in, while I stood outside in the sun. The property looked rough, it had poison ivy growing out onto the parking lot.
