Room was modern and clean Location amazing! The staff was great breakfast nice

The rooms were big and nice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly. The air wouldn’t get very cold. I saw little black bugs crawling around. My cousins room smelled like mold and mildew. The ice machine was on the first floor and you had to walk down the stairs to get ice that was hid in a corner. We couldn’t check in early so we were waiting in the lobby. There wasn’t any bathrooms by the lobby, we had to walk downstairs to the bathrooms on the backside. The elevator was very small and the floor in it was messed up. Also, we had to walk down the stairs from the 4th floor because the elevator was out of order.

This property is ideal for proximity to Broadway street and Bridgestone Arena. For the room price, proximity to Broadway, free parking, pool, & free hot breakfast it was an exceptional value. Area to strengthen would be smell and upgrades to the aging walls and halls of the property. One additional wish would have been to have more modern water bottle filler stations.

I booked a double king room. Was given a single king room. They told me that was what they received from Expedia. I think they pulled 1 over on me. The pool that they rave about was not accessible. The gate to get there was locked. And way too humid to use. The only elevator in the hotel was very sketchy with a squishy floor. The carpet in the hallways was disgusting. 1 of the 5 or 6 pillows was super lumpy. The staff was polite but you can tell it is only to your face and they don't like the customers. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at La Quinta. We went there for dinner and it was so much nicer. I never leave reviews, but you all need to know this place is a dump. The only good thing is a 10 min walk to nissan stadium. But so is La Quinta.

Horrible hotel. Staff was rude and condescending when I complained about the room. The account, fridge, or microwave would not work,(turned on but wouldn't do anything). We changed rooms and the fridge wouldn't work, dust on toilet and bathroom vents, stains on chairs and comforters in both rooms. Hall ways were hot and smelled like mold. No lights at the pool when we arrived so we couldn't see the "famous guitar pool" and our "stadium view" was a construction wall of the new stadium which was the two main reasons we booked this specific hotel. I tried to get a discounted rate after seeing the facility but the manger said nothing was wrong and laughed when I called him and that they wouldn't do the discount. We paid $450 a night due to a concert at the stadium which was fine bc it is walking distance but the expectation of that kind of rate was much higher. I do not recommend and will not ever stay at this hotel again, worst hotel I've stayed at.

Everything was awesome!

A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is dated, the pool area needs improvement, the elevator floor was pealing up. The rooms were extremely clean, the staff super helpful. The breakfast was average at best, but was as expected.

The staff was friendly. They had a good breakfast selection. The location was very convenient for our event at Nissan Stadium.
-
The room had a smell like humidity. Not the best but ok. The pool area is good, location is convenient close to Broadway
-
ALOT of people in lobby that were NOT guests. A concert was near by and so alot of the fans were in the lobby buying up all the drinks out of the machine and sitting around to cool off. The elevator is way too small and the elevator floor was coming apart. Too many non guests in the lobby and hanging outside.

Room was clean. The air did not work in our room.

The property needs serious renovations. It’s old and has obviously had numerous additions over the years. It was like walking through a maze trying to get from the room to the lobby. The shower leaked, the shower curtain would t stay closed. The outlets by the beds wouldn’t hold a charging unit (kept falling out), the room was partially underground and smelled very musty… just to name a few issues. It’s sitting directly across from the new Nissan Stadium. They’d be better served to tear it down and rebuild a new high rise hotel for future events.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom.
-
Soap from someone else still in shower. Counters dirty. AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING! BLINDS WOULD NOT CLOSE on window!
-
Was sitting at the desk when a roach ran by as I packing before checking out at 5am... disgusting.

Well, since we had two kids, it’s not like you can just tell children not to use the bathroom when they really need to go. To make matters worse, the next day nobody even showed up to our room, they didn't offer us another room, and they didn't even bother to ask or care about our problem. I left this place feeling deeply disappointed, and I hope management does something about this, especially since the staff at the front desk on our first night were neither friendly nor professional.
