Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown – Stadium

Seen cockroaches, freaked out. Staff didn’t care. Checked out a day early because of it.

Having no hot water was a huge minus. Overall the room was adequate and clean.

Safe, clean and in a good location. But needs some work in the common areas.

The room was filthy. The first day there they double booked my room and another couple walked in on us. The second day there we discovered the room has cockroaches. When I told the front desk they brushed it off like it was nothing. They then became rude towards me and my wife and refused to give a refund.

The biscuits were amazing

Breakfast was not that good! And we had a mouse in our room scared my grandkids to death. They did gv us one free night though because of it. My suggestion is do not leave any snacks out in your room. But the kids enjoyed the pool. Otherwise was clean. Parking spots are limited also

Let me first start this by saying the property was alright. Its old but alright and would've been sufficient if it was not for the construction directly across the street on the stadium that literally went the entire night with non-stop beeping. We got almost no sleep. I was only able to obtain a little after finding ear plugs and even then I could hear the beeping from the construction site thru them. It was honestly one of the most miserable stays I've ever experienced and we travel often. I also called the front desk who said she would call me right back and never did and then when I called back did not answer. I got dressed and went down and there was a line and she said she was sorry and she was out on the floor. It seems like she needed more support. I can only speak for the stadium view rooms with the sound but absolutely would not recommend them while the stadium is still being constructed

When we got there we were not greeted and were barely acknowledged. Desk clerk didn't talk loud enough to be heard and I had to continuously ask her to repeat herself. Hallways and elevators were a little warm, but the rooms were clean and cooled. The rooms and bathroom was spacious. The swimming pool was disgusting and it was so hot in the pool room. When we checked out the cleaning crew and woman working the front desk were very nice! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Construction was happening right across the street, but we couldn't hear it from our room. Tried the biscuits and gravy and the sausage at breakfast and it was good. Overall it was a good stay.

Very nice room. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable!! Everything was clean and well maintained. I love the barn doors into toilet/shower area. My only complaint is that there is no bodywash in the shower.

The room had a leak in the ceiling. The air conditioning in the hotel common ways were not working. The room air conditioner barely worked. It was Very hot and sticky.

Perfect place for a show at the stadium with parking included.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and the pool was pretty cool. also, breakfast was really good too.

I luv this place. I stay here every time I'm in Nash. This hotel has changed hands/names so many times, but the Guitar Pool remains, lol. Staff is always nice and helpful, rooms area always clean. The area has changed SO MUCH!! The church across the street sold out and mega buildings are going up. There is some construction, but it did not impact our stay. I have walked home to here from Downtown before and it really was not that bad of a walk at all. Highly recommend you get this deal before they sell out and another mega building goes up in its place. I had no complaints at all. The parking lot was a little tight, but we were happy to get on site parking in a big city. there's also a gas station at the top of the street where you can get all kinds of practical items.

The room was clean, the staff was warm and welcoming, breakfast was great and the parking was a little tight but overall I would definitely stay here again and I recommend.

Great location! Friend staff, clean rooms. Took hot water moments to get home but great after!
