Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown - Stadium by IHG

Very nice hotel with great staff and a decent location not exactly downtown but not that far away. My only complaint here is that I normally expect free parking and a complementary breakfast at places similar to this hotel here it was paid parking and rather expensive breakfast other than that very clean and again the staff were extraordinary

Staff was great, but the first room we were put in was missing a coffee maker, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the door didn't close all the way unless slammed shut. The staff quickly moved us into another room. The parking fee was more than expected, and the air freshener in the lobby was nauseating.

The shuttle bus could be a little better to use the amount of times that the driver wasn't there was way too many at the times they said pick up

The paid parking isn't mentioned on the website & it needs to be!

Price for parking is ridiculous. The price for room was good.

Prompt intervention when request were made. Very nice property bathroom lacked water pressure in sink and shower. Definitely would stay again.

close to the stadium had to pay to park in the lot at the hotel

We stayed at a Comfort Inn the next day, and liked it much better.

Paying for parking was ridiculous. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Day Inns when I travel and NEVER before have I been charged for parking. Won't stay here again.

The staff was very nice. The location, spot on! Was within walking distance to the things we needed it for. The cost, paid OVER $300 a night for a basic standard Queen size room! No kitchen, no suit, just twin queen beds…BASIC. THEN they added on a $25 a day to park my own car AND wanted $14.99 a day for a “breakfast buffet” (which is the standard free breakfast you get everywhere powdered eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, etc). But they advertise as if it’s this magical huge buffet of breakfast foods. They bend you over as if they’re a resort, when they’re just a basic holiday inn located a few feet from the Titans stadium, that’s ALL they have going for them! Will NEVER stay there again…plenty of better places to stay in Nashville for this price that are worth it. This room wasn’t worth $310 a night let alone the $110 it went to after the concert (yea they jacked up the price cause there was a concert in town.) Total rip off!!
