There was a lot of noise from other rooms. There was no USB charging ports near the bed or anywhere in the room.

This hotel was clean and in a good location. Easy drive or car service downtown. There is a shuttle to take you downtown that I did not use but others in my group said was nice. Our room was as described. Would stay here again.

All the above was great. No complaints.
-
Great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, parking was easy, and the location was convenient.

The staff was very kind and courteous. They were also helpful with suggestions on places to go for dinner.

No ac in gym made it almost unuseable Loved the shuttle service from Broadway but it was out of order when we went downtown so we had to uber Place was very clean Coffee was terrible

After staying here out of necessity I am rethinking my brand loyalty. This hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent! The desk clerk deserves extra kudos. He handled another guest having difficulty’s with grace while checking in 2 other guests. Parking lot didn’t have enough spaces the same as with all hotels

Clean and friendly atmosphere

First time staying here but would definitely consider again. Very clean, convenient to Broadway

Overall experience was great! There was a minor issue that still need to be addressed properly. The shower door didn’t close and water was getting on the floor. The maintenance repair was a workaround that did not resolve the issue. This could be very Dangerous! We were mindful and paid attention to prevent any accident. Being surprised by the fees at check out. We were given a different total than what was initially stated. We didn’t order room service either nor we were aware of the parking fees.

The hotel is wonderful! My husband had a conference at a nearby hotel, but upon reading the recommendations, I decided we should stay here. The breakfast had eggs, meat, and pastries each morning, but I was happy to get my cereal, juice, and milk with fruit and coffee for my husband. I took the shuttle to the downtown area each day and never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes (usually only around 5). The drivers were courteous and offered lots of helpful tips for visitors. When I returned, our room was always back in pristine condition, and the beds were VERY comfortable. And even though my husband and I hung up our towels each day, perfectly happy to reuse them, they were replaced with fresh ones. There is a nearby Kroger that the shuttle goes to, so you can pick up any items you forgot or snacks you need and store them in the fridge or reheat them in the microwave. Just be aware, like in all of Nashville, there is a noticeable homeless population, and some do tend to congregate around the 7-11 that backs up to the hotel. Thank you, Marriott Fairfield MetroCenter, for a great stay! The online reviews led me to you and they were not wrong!

The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle to town was great! We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on it. My only complaint in most Marriott hotels lately is that the lighting in the bathroom is too dim for women to put on makeup and the beds aren't as firm as we need. And there was no freezer in the mini fridge in this hotel, just in case anyone needs to know that. We had ice packs that we couldn't refreeze for our road trip. Otherwise it was great!

My Wife broke out into hives from the bedding each time we had the sheet changed the stuff kept happening also they doubled charged me for the room so I had to wait 3 days for my money back which was annoying the city was great and the shuttle was nice but unfortunately the double charge and cleanliness left a sour taste in my mouth.

Amazing hotel. Great location, great breakfast included. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Everything was really comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful! The shuttle was a big plus on our trip. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I do wish that the shuttle could accommodate an electric wheelchair that would’ve been ideal.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, a nice big bathroom and breakfast was very good. My only negatives were that the bed & pillows were too soft.
-
This was one of the cleanest hotel we stayed in, made bed and clean towels everyday. The staff was great including the people that took care of our room. Great breakfast, we will be back very soon again.
