The staff were very professional and accommodated our stay with cute decorations for my best friends graduation. And the breakfast is fantastic! Really enjoyed the waffles and eggs!

Room was great. Shower was awesome, and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the pillows so much. Pool was really cool. Half in and half outside. Breakfast wasn’t bad either! Would definitely stay here again. I loved it.

This was our 1st visit to Nashville & we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were traveling with kids aging from 6-11 & reserved the double suite, which provided us more than enough room for 6 people. This hotel was 10-15 mins away from everything with restaurants in walking distance. The staff on all levels were very tentative to our needs, the property stay cleaned at all times, me & my family felt very safe staying here.

Close to everything and quiet.

Bathroom light was flickering, the shower door wouldn't close all the way and made a very loud noise when shutting off. Also, no matter what we tried, we couldn't get the air regulated and it was a freezer but this could be our error. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and amazing. Room was great except for these issues.

They charged me like $100 more then my booking they charged you $15 more for parking per night. And is not even close to downtown ?

Poor

TV in the room was goofy. Both TVs would show selected channel, but only one produced sound. I did not call front desk strictly because I was busy, and the impact was not all that graeat.

AC unit wasn’t working properly we cannot adjust the temperature. Breakfast potatoes were good though.

The room was clean, the staff was amazing. We arrived late, and the pool was already closed. The staff allowed us 30 extra minutes to swim. They were wonderful!

Sheet on trundle bed was not clean. Surprised by a $15 parking fee to park in their parking lot.
