Very first class place. Quiet street. We would come back and stay longer.

Such a beautiful hotel! Restaurants on location, a bar and a small cafe and a beautiful pool. There’s plenty of elevators so no long waits. The staff is extremely helpful and the bonus is it’s less than a 5 minute walk to downtown and a straight shot. Definitely worth the stay

Everything was perfection , Rooms , Breakfast , Dinner The bare areas And the pool was amazing , Live entertainment Everywere. We Loved ii.

Processed charges multiple times on card prompting fraud alerts and locking card. Waited almost 45 minutes for car from Valet, room services missed food and condiments multiple times. Rooftop bar was nice but service was awful waited over an hour for our food.

Excellent hotel!

Pros: Lobby was nice and housekeeping was attentive. Close walk to the center of the action in town.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful!!! The staff is awesome and so helpful. As soon as you exit your vehicle you are treated with top tier treatment. The front desk is always pleasant and the food is delicious. Multiple restaurants and the roof top bar is the best in Nashville. Don't forget the spa and pool. A 4 star rating is not enough to rate how good this hotel is. They spoiled me so much that I won't go to another hotel when I visit Nashville!!!

Very clean room and facility. Staff very polite and helpful. Room on the corner of 15th floor was somewhat noisy with Broadway on one side and highway on the other. Sirens and noises from loud cars interrupted sleep during night.

Beautiful room and the hotel is wonderful

It was conveniently located with access to many attractions in the downtown area.

The hotel decor, lobby and position were great. The bathrooms were really nice. The vibe was perfect . The breakfast restaurant was nice and the staff were very friendly. Very good offering. Prime and proper restaurant was also superb. Our best meal in Nashville The pool is tiny, over crowded and late afternoon when not too hot, the bar is closed so not able to get drinks and refreshments. The beds are too soft. A room for 4 of us only ever had 2-3 towels which didn’t dry and one robe so a little short on linens. The coffee wasn’t replenished either.

Clean and spacious room, extremely well presented lobby and bar, very welcoming to walk through the doors and hear live music, friendly welcoming staff, delicious food in the restaurant. Try the Skilled Sailor cocktail in the bar! No complaints at all.
