Great hotel in great location. Rooms were really comfortable, good size, and well maintained. Hotel has really nice cafe on premises, as well as a good bar. Interior design is really on theme for Nashville and music which adds to the experience. With less than a 10 minute walk to. Roadway you can’t beat it for a great place to stay

Location was in a decent area, easy to get to broadway, printers alley, and the gulch. Customer service was awful. Staff very rude and short. They didn’t listen and just responded with short one word answers that didn’t pertain to the questions. Then were very rude when you asked for more detailed answers by asking the question again in a different way. We had a slight issue with our room and missing bathroom amenities. An easy fix thing, and instead of helping us with an answer, they just said some one will be to your room to help you right away to check it. So we went to the room, 2 hours later, the showed up. We’re annoyed we asked for help, then had to go get what we already told them was missing.

We loved this hotel! It was walking distance to downtown Broadway area but it was such a beautiful and quiet hotel. We would stay here again! We loved the pool too!!

Room smelled very musty. It was not pleasant.

Over a 4 hour wait as they were short made service staff. Lobby was packed with people waiting for their room. Hotel cancelled our reservation at no charge and we went elsewhere.

Everything was great, from check in to housekeeping to pool to bag check, all people were wonderful!

Location Registration people were too busy with personal phone, made me wait...did not tell me info on property...another person was helping someone else and I listened to him...had to leave early next morning and guy didn't offer to help at all...I had to make two trips to bring my own luggage down...no offer of a cart..he just sat on his ass..never again

I had a great stay. Everything was really clean. Everyone was really friendly, and it was walking distance to all of the sites to see on, and near, Broadway. The bar was also a great place to end the night.

Comfy bed, nice bath Ran out of facial tissue inn1st day and it was never replaced over the next couple days

Pretty clean and great location to everything. The area was decently safe. Staff were very nice. We got early check in and late check out. The only thing was we found a toe nail on the floor when we walked in but that may be a one off. Definitely recommend!
