Not 5 start just for the fact on 3rd floor and street noise a little loud. (No fault of hotel)Just rating our experience. Other than that it was great!

Closeness to the Pinnacle Venue. The Breakfast choices The room location on front sidewalk of bldg due to traffic noise. The Valet took a really long time to get my car to me. Bad communication issues.

Property is aging and not being maintained properly. Staff was rude. Valet took the key offsite after being up the car so we had to wait fifteen minutes for them to bring it back so we could leave

Great location. Close to broadway. A little loud at night from loud vehicles going up and down the street if the room is close to the street but very comfortable. Its Nashville…wasn’t expecting a quite vacation. Lol. Would definitely stay there again. Plus the breakfast was delicious!!
