This Property is in the industrial zone, and lots of homeless hang around. Doors open at 8:30 am so if you have an early flight you must wait with the homeless asking you for things constantly. they also have poor communication as i messaged them numerous time and they did not respond.

Pool not open on a very hot day. Not enough towels. No clean bedding in 3 days
-
Left after being there for 1 hour.

Place is trash, three floor walk up and undesirable people hanging out. Got my key schlepped up three flights opened the door and people were sleeping in the room. Trying to get a refund, do not stay here

Arrived at facility and a room wasn’t even available, was told to come back in an hour to see if the will even have one available, finally got a room however the stair case up to room had people sitting doing drugs, would not move and stairs were cracked and missing stone pieces, the room door barely closed, room was hot and humid checked out within less then and hour, still awaiting to hear back from a manager in regards to a refund

I would highly advise not to stay here, not even sure why this place is on expedia. I went to the counter soon as I seen the outside of the hotel and asked how difficult it was to cancel due to the looks of the property. She said since I booked with expedia it was out of her hands. So I was basically stuck there. Anyhow I went to check in and seen a thing on the counter said prothel I asked what that was she said they were a supporter of prothels (brothels) she mentioned I n they had a room with 6 beds and stuff went on in there .... I was not comfortable as it was staying there now even more uncomfortable. Later that evening about 11pm the doors were locked no staff in the main area . My hubby and I walked around the property saw several full trash cans everywhere trash all over in the hall areas puke on a wall. In the room we had no hot water not even warm. The towel holder was hanging on the wall. The bed was barely attached to the wall with 2 6 inch screws at which if we were tossers we could have fell on the floor, the clock didnt work, mold in the shower, dirty and nasty debris all over the baseboards, the door Had a Crack all around the seems where light came in,cracked and broke. Drywall behind the toilet. The more I looked the worse it got. I didnt feel safe sleeping. We left about 630am still no staff in the front for us to check out we ended up giving our key to maybe a worker who looked like he just rolled out of b

Terrible experience. Booked 4 months in advance. Turned up and they had no record of our reservation, turned us away because they were full and were completely unhelpful. This hotel should not be listed. DO NOT STAY HERE!
-
Nothing against the staff and the room was clean enough, but this was one of the worst areas of Nashville and the clientele at this hotel were questionable at best. There seemed to be some nefarious transactions going on. We stayed one night and cancelled the rest.
-
Do not book with this hotel. I had a reservation made for months yet when I get there they told me that they had no rooms left for me. Might have been a good thing though because the lobby smelled terrible and it looked so sketchy!!!
-
They cancelled my reservation after assuring me a late check in was fine
-
They didnt have our room with double beds that was already paid for in advance. Their were kids running around naked People hanging out in the parking lot and balconies smoking weed Looked like a bad area. Didn’t feel safe at all

The room was NOT cleaned properly. The "guests" were transient, homeless, drug riddled and prostitutes. The hot water was out one of the days during my stay. The staff were polite, but unable to solve any issues. The pool area was disgusting. NOISEY AT ALL HOURS from the other "guests"! I've been going there for the last 4 years and I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL/MOTEL!!!

I do NOT advise anyone to stay here! The place did not look like the pictures, trash everywhere, broken down cars, homeless and just lots of sketchy people. Walked to the front lobby through dark hallways. We checked in and was told we had to wait for a room to be cleaned because they none available at check in time. We sat at the pool where we noticed people going from one door to the other knocking and trying to get in. We also seen two men starting a chainsaw and then walked back inside the rooms. We got our room and it was still dirty, two very small pillows and no blankets, only sheets on the bed. We traveled with another family who had waited over three hours for a room and never got one so we both went back in to cancel. We were told we needed to go through Expedia. I called the rep was super helpful, however when they spoke to the front desk lady she was not so friendly. Basically I DO NOT advise anyone to stay there ever! It’s sketchy felt very unsafe and very uncomfortable!

Handy location but not the quietest of areas. Room had everything you needed
-
definitely not a place a tourist should stay
-
Lady at the front was sweet. The rest of the hotel was awful
-
Staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Room was clean except for a few small details. Coffeemaker didn't work.
-
didn’t have a clean room upon arrival and then got put in a single bed room when we needed two beds. they couldn’t get us a room for a while and mind you check in was a 3pm.. around 8pm we decided just to go to another hotel. this place was so dirty and had people living there. not safe. staff was pretty helpful in getting us a refund which we appreciate
