Worst booking ever . Reservations were made . Drove 9 hrs and got to check in and they had no rooms . The guy In front of me and back of were also denied rooms with reservations. Was in town for an event that I could walk to . He sent me to a different place 30 min away from the venue . The other place had no working tv . Waited 3 hrs for a remote only to find it still didn’t work . Floor was soaking wet from the ac. Cost me 75 bucks to park to the event because I had to drive and didn’t plan on paying for parking since I was in walking distance from the event . Was also late and missed the opening act due to traffic . Totally ruined the experience No rooms were available even after making reservations. He sent us to another property 30 min away and the room had no working tv and floor was soaking wet .

One of the only perks. There rooms are very much in need of updating. The room also had a very strong smell, sorta like a non use smell. Not completely unpleasant, but also not pleasant. My refrigerator had a loud clicking sound, why this was never picked up by staff I have no idea. To their credit, I told the front desk about it the next morning, and it was promptly changed. My shower had a huge hole in the wall where the shower came through. I always try to pick hotels with breakfast included. By definition, there was a breakfast which consisted of cold raisin bran or fruit loops cereal, bags of mini muffins and coffee. Not what I would call breakfast unless you want to stretch. Parking lot had a couple major potholes, so if you are in a rental be forewarned. Not a place I would use again.

The lady at the desk was nice but the place looks terrible on the outside and is disgusting on the inside. The faucet for the sink was falling off,the couch in the room had stains all over it. The bedsheets had holes burnt in them. The TV didn’t work and took them five different tries of us calling and several maintenance men in and out of our room over a course of about 14 hours and when we finally got a TV, it was a couple fuzzy channels.

The room inside itself seem clean and the staff were great, but the location of the property is sketchy. There are people around the property that give a lil unsafe to the point I did not want to leave my things in the room. Thankfully we was only there for the night. The 1st room, people were hanging out in the front of door drinking or posted on the stairs with 12 packs. The 2nd room we change too was better and give a great view of my car, def was scared it might get broken into. Every door handle on the rooms you have to do a lift trick jiggle which is why we didn't want to leave nothing in the room while we were away. This is not a stay for awhile hotel. This is a let me get a quick rest and not fall asleep on the road place only!! Just because of the outside, I did not sleep under the covers lol

The staff was nice The room was beyond disgusting, very dirty, holes in the bedding where people have been smoking, dirt all over the sheets.

I didn't like any thing about the hotel I would not recommend the hotel to anyone ???I didn't even go in the room I just left and got a better hotel!

Nothing the staff was rude and the hotel was run down it looked like they didn't renovated it in years and on the street in front of the hotel there was a woman who looked like a prostitute that was asking people for money I didn't like any thing about the hotel I would not recommend the hotel to anyone I didn't even go in the room I just left and got a better hotel!

Great night sleep for the price and the night staff is very helpful.

I had only read a few quick reviews while trying to book my trip. I was in a hurry and based on the location of the hotel and the few reviews I had read I assumed it would be OK. I was dead wrong. To be clear if you are a single woman traveling by yourself do not stay here. It is not safe. The room was filthy. I was leered at by several men who were just loitering outside of their rooms. A random woman tried to get in my Uber because she seemed to think the driver wanted something from her. Do not recommend.
