The the room was nice and cleaned beds are very comfortable couldn't complained at all well likely say again the front desk people's was very nice and helpful

Very recommended - nice place and great area.

This was a good clean and safe place to stay. We really enjoyed the shuttle serve to Broadway and the Opry. Drivers were nice and safe and cheap.

Coffee station at breakfast was not available at other times. Really should have brewed coffee available 24/7.

Our room was supposed to be ready for us to check in. When we opened the door, it was dirty. Had not been cleaned; basically trashed -the worse I’ve ever seen. Was given a second room. Opened door to see beds were “wallowed”. Drinks on the dresser and pills on bathroom sink. Staff was apologetic. We did not stay. We felt unsafe. We were told we would not be charged. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I do expect a refund.given what we went through. See above. The pictures submitted are the second room we were offered. I was so upset and shocked with the first room. I did not think to take pictures.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Lobby had a bar area with good drinks and served food. Property was very clean and rooms were very large, had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc and well kept. I liked the area; wasn’t in the middle of so much traffic and was easy to get to but also super easy to get to popular places by a quick uber ride. Really liked this hotel and the staff.
