When we returned, our key wouldn’t work because of the deadbolt being locked. The hotel staff lost the master key to unlock the doors which caused us to be locked out until a locksmith could come unlock our door. You’d think they would be better equipped to handle a situation like this but apparently not.

Room was horrible and AC rattled so much we could not sleep. If you turned it off it continued to run and rattle so we finally had to unplug it. Standing lamp was totally crooked and shade askew and the table lamp had been smashed and reassembled with pieces missing. What a mess. It was a shabby hotel and felt like we were in a very cheap motel but it was Hilton. The wall next to the bed that shared a wall with the bathroom was clearly repaired by a messy monkey because it was all spackled and there was spackle residue on the floor and the area repaired was about 3 foot by 3 foot. It was very rough and a mess. Gym was small. I was horrified by the stay and would not ever go back. Funny thing is it was expensive and lobby gives good impression. Do not be fooled. Yuck.

Decent value for money, breakfast in the morning is a bowl of sugar, cereals, bagels, pre-made muffins, a banana, and yoghurt. The room it self was very spacious for a single room, it came with a double bed and plenty of floor space. The bathroom was decent, no leaks in the shower and strong pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue I reallybhaf was with the aircon, it is very noisy, even when turned off it continued to make noise so getting a good night sleep was very difficult, also the block out blinds had a gap in them so they in fact, did not block out the light. So overall, a decent hotel for the price but you’ll struggle to have a good night sleep if you are sound or light sensitive. Also, laundry is self serve, $4 for the washer and $4 for the dryer, reception has change as it only accepts quarters and they sell laundry powder just incase you forgot like me!

Room was bright, new and clean and provided a high standard of accommodation for cost. Brightly lit corridors gave a welcoming, safe ambience. Did not really use the facilities, however was surprised to discover there was a guest laundry as this had not been advertised.

Efficient stay, free breakfast was very limited but was available. One elevator was not ideal staying on 3rd floor.
-
The continental breakfast and coffee was convenient. Uber pickup was quick but night deliveries took over an hour (after 8 p.m.).

No staff available at the desk when I entered the hotel to check in. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up. Room was fine, had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast wasnt much to offer but still was enough for me. I would consider staying here again. Very affordable place to stay.

Room was clean and everything in working condition. Staff was great and very accommodating. Location and price was good because of having a work event at the Gaylord.
