Free parking, cleanliness, and lovely staffs A bit of a drive to downtown

Room was spacious! The free breakfast was very good!

The location to Opryland was good. The staff was very friendly and the coffee bar was a nice plus. Our room smelled like wet dog especially when the air conditioner came on. I asked for a non pet room and they said they couldn’t accommodate that. I think the smell was stuck in the carpet. Made it feel dirty to me.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The AC worked very well. We only had a few minor issues in our bathroom, but once notified, the hotel promptly fixed them. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We felt safe staying here. The coffee that was served at breakfast didn’t taste like coffee, it was very very watered down, but the breakfast was very good!

Clean room

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, however the beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast could be better - it was a great place for the stay but be aware the breakfast doesn't have a large selection and its not the tastiest.

The hotel is located cental to Opyland. Very basic but good if you do not expect too much

The room was clean, as was the property. The continental breakfast was a little sparse for options, but they tasted good and they kept them filled up for the patrons. Very close to Opry Mills and area if interested.

The toilet and bed were clean which is what I care about the most, but almost everything else was dirty and run down. There were a lot of chips and cracks in the paint, and stains on the carpet and walls. Our shower had a wall hook meant for conditioner but the bottle was missing so we only had shampoo and body wash, and the water in both the shower and sink was always hot. The AC unit made a loud rattling noise the entire time it was running. The staff was not particularly kind or unkind; they just got the job done.

Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Location is good. The hotel tried to charge me for a drink I did not order. They called me the day after I checked out and tried to charge me for this non-existent drink. The shower floor is at an odd angle and slick as glass, and I nearly fell through the glass sliding door. There is a desk in the room, but the only things to sit on to use it are an upright chair and a foot stool, both of which were too low. Most hotel rooms with a desk have an adjustable office chair suited to that purpose. I woke at 3:30 am to the strong smell of marijuana coming into my room from an adjacent room. Overall, not a great experience. I will not return.

Everything was really good only thing I think could have been better was the snack selection was very small and over priced.
