As for the public areas and rooms, they are clean & not very old. Still, 2 of the most recent stays had a bathtub/shower that could use some new caulk or corners could use some bleach & a scrub brush. Since the beds are reliably comfortable and the accommodations well kept, I will likely return.

I arrived Thursday 8/13 at approximately 2pm. The photos severely misinterpreted the condition of the property and the surrounding areas. I spent no more than an hour in my room cleaning and disinfecting the space to make it more comfortable, but I ultimately decided it was best to choose a property more aligned with my personal preference. I have been a Hilton member for years and have never seen such a poorly maintained property. The room despite being 5 years old was extremely dated, the floors were dirty, the elevator stunk— it was terrible all around. I spoke directly with Bradley, the general manager on site, about my concerns and even tried to upgrade to a different floor and room. He stated “that’s just what the property looks like. If you did your research all Hilton properties are not the same”. While I clearly understand that, there is still a standard for Hilton properties. Nevertheless the interaction was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. So I decided to terminate my reservation effective immediately. Despite only being in the room for an hour, I was charged for the entire night—which is absurd considering the conditions and concerns. Very disappointed with the situation and will be escalating further because this was ridiculous. I would not recommend this property.

The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Our 4th time staying. We will definitely be back..

Parking was a little complicated
-
First impression was an extremely stinky lobby. Smelled like broccoli/burnt grease traps. Staff was not super welcoming upon check in/check out. The shower was terrible. Water was inconsistent, trickling weirdly, hard to adjust, and very little pressure. Other than that, the hotel appeared to be clean and was located in a good location.

Just what we needed for the night.

Hotel staff friendly and very informative, room very clean best of all super quite, may be one of the quieter hotels I've stayed at. I have no complaints at all, it was easy to find, parking was simple, as well as check in and out.

Clean room, staff was friendly and sufficient amenities.
-
When we arrived we were smelling sewer strongly and there were pipes leaking in the parking garage

The whole experience was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great the towels were plentiful. The pool was fantastic, staff were friendly and accommodating everywhere. Cute little coffee shop next door! Stayed for 3 days and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an out of the main area of Nashville to stay. It was a 15 dollar Uber ride directly to Broadway!

Beautiful hotal and very clean They charged us $30 more dollars for parking they said. But when we first came in they said it was just for hold money on our card then next morning I asked them about the charge and it coming off thwy said no it is for parking. That was never said once to me before or Show anywhere. Also the parking lot was very small and shared with apartments. It is a very nice clean hotal and location good. I just wish we would have been told about the chargers before hand and full price. I am disappointed in that.
