Outstanding property. Very professional staff. Well appointed room. Great location.

It’s a really good location, and it’s a nice Marriott. We upgraded to the M Club, so it was nice to have My son just started at Vanderbilt. We will probably come to Nashville three or four times a year, for parents weekend for football games and other activities. For at least the next four years but I will probably never ever stay at this Marriott again. Parking cost me $61.46 per night. in Nashville?. Almost twice what some of the other Hotels charge for parking. When I asked the Front Desk why it was so much, they said it’s not our fault we outsourced the Parking to a third-party. Oh. Then I guess it is not Marriott’s fault. We are titanium Members at Marriott and Bonvoy. But will probably not stay at this property again just on principle.

Liked the bar downstairs. Didn't like having no reasonable option for parking other than $55 valet parking

First room we checked into and out side view was a brick wall… we changed rooms ok second room was ok at first… toilet would not flush… requested to it serviced that said they would do it came back hours later still not fixed… changed rooms again third was was good… the over all experience was 3.5 out of 5 because we were here for 3 day 2 night and changed room two time that really not acceptable when you are here for an event and have to get ready but have to move all your stuff you had to unpacked then on top of that valet lost out cars the first night we needed and they charge $59.00 a night for valet(valet only property)

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the hotel is just OK. The ice machines did not work on my floor and were missing at other floors. The dresser drawers will fall off if you open them too far. The location is right across the stadium and band was practicing until almost 10:00 pm - and was very loud inside my room.

Location > right on campus They gave us room that opened without a key and wouldn't lock properly. Called the front desk and their response was...."that cant be, impossible" I was fuming at that point. The disrespect from the hotel front desk. Maintenance came up and could not fix the issue. Took some time but they had to move us to another room.
