I cane to drop off my college freshman at Vanderbilt. I also had my youngest son with me. Our room was on the 3rd floor right across from the pool. The suite was very nice. We were able to take advantage of the pool and we were the only ones there. Please go to Oscar’s Tacos right next door. They are great! Only downside is $40 parking per night. Park on the street. It’s $1/hour and free from 12am-6am.

We have trusted the cleanliness of this establish on many returned visits. It's our place to go in Nashville. Breakfast is a plus, great variety. Front staff are always kind.

Location was perfect and they have indoor pool and gym. The dishes provided were quite gross.

The main hotel (check-in) system was down for 6 hours, so we couldn’t check-in. Had to get ready to go out in the lobby bathroom. Then spent dinner worrying that we wouldn’t have a hotel room that night and looking for alternatives. We did end up being able to check-in at around 9:00 pm, but it had basically ruined the evening? And what did the hotel do to make up for it? Not a darn thing. I understand things like this happen, so I’m not mad that it happened. But not doing anything to make up for the major inconvenience is not ok.
