The hotel has a great location to Vanderbilt and downtown. Property is well maintained. However, when we had to trade out our rental car due to maintenance issue, I came back to let front staff know and while she was helpful in obtaining my info, there was no follow through and I’m still waiting to see if they refunded my money.

We have now stayed here twice in the past year and find it a quality hotel with great location. Biggest gripe is $40+ parking a night and nowhere near downtown….
